Contro: Mi è piaciuto tutto

Pro: Vista panoramica meravigliosa, la struttura è molto accogliente e pulita, il proprietario è molto gentile con i propri ospiti. L'appartamento e collegato bene sulla via principale con i mezzi pubblici e negozi.

Pro: Ottimo appartamento, ben arredato, situato in una buona posizione. Proprietario di casa molto gentile cordiale.

Picture perfect view of Olbia's port - amazing experience

Pro: The location is great being basically in the center of Olbia but also super close (5 min) by car to the airport. Alessandro was amazing! As soon as we arrived, he also came to show us the apartment and explain all the details. He was happy to tell us even more about the city, places to eat and what to go visit (including some amazing beaches). I definitely recommend anyone insterested to visit Olbia to stay at his place. Thanks Alessandro!

Contro: Nothing I can give as a bad experience. People may comment that parking is not near the building but it's nothing, just 2 min walk and you are there and it is free!

Pro: Location and the view were awesome. The apartment was cozy. The communication worked really well with the apartment owner.

Contro: There were couple things that we noticed. Neighbor has dog or two that bark in middle of night. There was soap bottles for hand washing, but they were empty. The balcony did not have any chairs. We thought it would be nice If there was chairs to watch the view.

Pro: Great location, host very friendly, great little apartment, good kitchen and washing machine.

Great location. Lovely view. Air con very efficient. A clean, spacious and modern apartment.

Pro: The host met me at the property and showed me round the apartment. Then handed me the keys. I had his direct number for any questions.

Pro: The apartment is super. There is everything you need. Very convenient location. Center of Olbia. Free parking nearby. Beautiful view from the balcony. Alessandro is a super nice person. Everything will tell and help. I am very pleased to have stayed in these apartments.

Pro: The owner is super friendly and helpful, felt like home. The location is perfect, less than 5 min walking to the center, with a close supermarket and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, was a very pleasant stay.

Contro: The water from the shower turns cold after some time, which is a bit annoying, and some attention to details (charger close to bed, curtain did not come down, a bit messy on the balcony), but in general it was optimal and worth it.
