Pro: Fabulous apartment in a great location. Easy to walk to everything. Spacious and well equipped. Spotlessly clean and lovely furnishings. Would definitely return if ever in Olbia again. Excellent host who was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to messages.

Clean and comfortable.

Pro: This is a lovely apparent that was comfortable for a family of five. The location was terrific and the view was very nice.

Contro: It was difficult to find as the entry to the apartment is tucked away from the street and there is no signage or property number. The doors to the balcony are old and difficult to open and shut.

This modern Apartment was really lovely and the view was Spectacular. Our hosts were wonderful.

Pro: We stayed on a Self Catering Basis, But, Our Hosts Lina and Sara left us a starter kit on arrival, which was a bottle of water, Croissants and a Bottle of Wine, which was really nice of them. 😀

Contro: The kitchen worktop space was quite small, but we managed out way around that.

Wonderful family stay in centre of Olbia. Will be back again!

Pro: Perfect location with amazing panoramic views across Olbia and beyond. Perfect base to explore the north east coastal areas (and beyond) via car. Very comfortable 3 double size bedrooms with 2 perfectly equipped bathrooms with amazing water pressure. We were missing a few items from the kitchen (corkscrew and chopping board) and the hosts were very quick to repsond and happily deliver the required items which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen is equipped with all you would need should you wish to cook now and then and plenty of glassware to enjoy a few drinks on the 2 balconies depending on whether you want a sea or city view. The apartment is on the 12th floor and is acciessible via a very efficient lift and the views are just stunning, especially at sunset. Very close to all shops/restuarants of Olbia town and FREE parking close by also. Host communication is excellent and response very quick.

Contro: The kitchen worktop area is a little small if you wish to cook as counter space is limited. But we managed perfectly well so do not let this deter you. As the rest of the apartment, bedrooms, beds, showers and views more than make up for it.

TOP - Lage - schönes Apartment

Pro: Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, die Übergabe hatte sehr gut geklappt!! Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend!!

Fin utsikt. Nära till allt. Lägenheten innehöll allt man kunde tänkas behöva.

Pro: Allt med detta boendet var tipp topp. Uthyraren var fantastiskt och vi fick tillgång till en trygg parkering för vår bil. Vi är helnöjda och kan starkt rekommendera detta boende. Mattias med familj

Pro: Es war wirklich ein schöner Kurzurlaub. Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Ausgangslage um die Gegend zu erkundigen. Aus dem 12. Stock lässt sich alles wundervoll überblicken. Sollte es einmal zu warm werden, verschafft die Klimaanlage schnell Abhilfe. Der Parkplatz, der in der Nähe anzumieten ist, gibt einen zusätzlichen Pluspunkt.

Pro: Beautifully clean, spacious and with fantastic views over Olbia from every window. Group of 6 adults and each double bedroom was large and comfortable. Central location within easy walking distance of main streets, shops and restaurants.
