Pro: Posizione vista porto e vicinissima al centro. Appartamento grande sito al nono piano. Abbiamo avuto un problema che hanno risolto velocemente.

Pro: Appartamento munito di tutto. Tutto funzionante. Vista eccezionale. Posizione eccellente. Host sempre disponibile e premuroso.

Contro: L’unica pecca è il rumore della strada sottostante, ma se dormi con la finestra chiusa, nessun problema.

Abbiamo soggiornato ad Olbia in occasione del capodanno. Cercavamo una struttura che fosse vicina al centro per poterci

Pro: L’appartamento gode di una vista mozzafiato. È accogliente, luminoso, spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. È stato come essere a casa. La posizione è fantastica: in pieno centro città, a due passi da supermercato, farmacia, ristoranti e negozi.

Pro: Appartamento super spazioso, dotato di ogni comfort, letti comodissimi. Vista spettacolare da ogni stanza. Posizione ottima. Host molto disponibile e cordiale. Consigliatissimo

Comfortable stay walk to Olbia town centre

Pro: Great property, as described. Beautiful view. Large bedrooms. Great location near Olbia town centre and supermarket. Well stocked kitchen. Host was available and helpful.

Contro: A few items need maintenance- knob missing from bedroom drawer, lightbulb in lamp not working etc.

Very spacious apartment with a gorgeous view.

Pro: We had the pleasure of spending a few days in the apartment and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. The apartment is spacious and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a laundry room with an additional toilet. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning is everywhere! Except for the bathroom, of course 😊 Gorgeous view and a great location. Just a short walk to the promenade, to the city center with all the restaurants, café, or shops. There is even a supermarket within 4 minutes on foot. The airport is a 10-minute drive away.

Contro: No dedicated parking space. The apartment's location is great, but it has its drawbacks – it's a tourist destination, and in the evenings, it's packed with locals and tourists alike. Finding a parking space after 5:00 PM within a few hundred meters is next to impossible. Every day (in the afternoon ), I had to park my rented car about 850 meters from the apartment, and then around 1:00 AM I could move it to a nearby parking lot. It's a bit of a hassle.

Pro: A large comfortable apartment with a super view. Great location, easy to walk to main street, shops and restaurants.

Pro: Fantastic location with an amazing view. We had an early flight and Michele very kindly let us leave our luggage on arrival and also check in early. The apartment was clean and spacious and fully equipped with everything you need.

Would definitely stay again.

Pro: The view and location were great. Checking in on arrival was very good.Owner kept in contact by tel. He was there when we arrived and let us in although check in was 4pm and we arrived at 11am.

Contro: The noisy doors.Doors in the bedroom very noisy .Maybe needs a wee bit of attention. The shower cabinet could have been cleaner but I purchased cleaner at supermarket and made some improvement. The toilet in where the washing machine is definitely requires attention.It’s not very nice but there are another 2 toilets so we didn’t have to use it.
