Pro: Posizione a circa 3 km dal centro di Olbia, facile parcheggiare. Ampi locali comuni a disposizione inclusa cucina. Proprietario gentile

Contro: Bagno condiviso ma dichiarato sul sito

Ci si sente a casa ..

Pro: Augusto fa' la differenza. Gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Camera spaziosa e pulizia in tutti gli ambienti. Unica pecca un' po' caldo, ma il problema si risolve a brevissimo. Posizione comoda e ben servita . Supermercati, locali e centro tutto a portata. Da ripetere indubbiamente 🙂

Pro: I got a nice bright room. It was even nicer that the decor was blue. There was a lot of space to store clothes & luggage. Nice little Dolce Gusto coffee machine with coffee pods, cups and sugar at my disposal. The place was spotless. The shared bathroom was cleaned every day. The kitchen area was nice & spacious too and pretty well equipped. One thing I would suggest (and it's not a criticism), but it would be handy to have an electric kettle amongst the appliances, just so that if one wishes to make a nice cup of tea, it would be there. Location-wise, I think it's perfect as the train station & one of the main bus stops are approx 15-18mins leisurely walk away. I really enjoyed my time here. If I'm in Olbia again, there's a good chance I'll be staying here.

Pro: Everything was really good. We stayed here form3 nights. Both the house and the room were clean, the staff is friendly. Good location in Olbia

Comfortable and easy

Pro: In particular appreciated the very prompt response and communication from Augusto. He went out of the way to make things easy for us - so very appreciated!

Contro: The doors were a bit creaky so I was a bit self conscious about making noise for the other guests

Pro: Super nice and kind welcoming and hospitality unfortunately coz of personal delay issues to let owner wait more then 3/4 hours but still he got patient for you which is absolutely amazing and you can ask him many questions and needs he will be there definitely worth your money and visit again

Pro: Host super nice, very clean, easy to park in the street, nice location. Not far from the historic center.

Buena calidad-precio aunque algo alejado del centro de Olbia.

Pro: El alojamiento es muy espacioso y cómodo. Augusto, el propietario, es muy atento y tuvo el detallazo de venir a recogernos al aeropuerto cuando llegamos.

Contro: Se encuentra algo alejado del centro, en un barrio en el que se hace muy difícil caminar por sus calles con tantísimo coche. Es una pena que no se pueda usar la cocina del alojamiento.

Une chambre agréable et spacieuse

Pro: Augusto est très gentil et à l'écoute. Le lieu est très grand, propre et confortable. Cuisine à disposition très pratique

Contro: Salle de bain partagée et WC dans salle de bains mais ça n'était pas une surprise

Tres bob accueil et service dans un endroit propre et calme

Pro: Très propre, chambre spacieuse, café offert, situation calme et proche des transports publics, accueil chaleureux

Contro: Manque un endroit pour suspendre le linge mouillé de la douche et de la plage
