Una bella sorpresa nel cuore di Olbia

Pro: Entri e ti senti subito a casa, struttura davvero accogliente, arredata con cura e con una splendida terrazza esposta per ore al sole. Bella cucina e ben attrezzata. Adorabile la finestrella sul tetto da cui si possono vedere le stelle stesi sul letto. Posizione ottima, in pieno centro. È possibile parcheggiare al porto, 5 minuti a piedi.

Contro: Fare attenzione agli ZTL in zona.

Pro: Lots of space. Great position. Quirky low ceilings in bedrooms but really good overall!

Amazing!

Pro: It looks the same as on the photos. There is a lovely little kitchen with a fridge and microwave. The flat has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and a little hall with TV. I really enjoyed the balcony as it’s very cozy! Also, the location is perfect. In 2 minutes walk you can enter the city centre with a big variety of restaurants and cafes around. Also, in 5-10 minutes walk you have all bus stops in case if you need public transport.

Contro: There is no washing machine and the Wi-fi connection was quite bad. But it’s not a big problem for such a good flat. The only thing which I really didn’t like was the communication with the owner. I was waiting for their response for 2 weeks (after I booked and payed) and thought it was a scam. I even wrote a letter to Booking support service and they recommended me just to wait. Luckily, the day before my trip they had responded and gave me some instruction how to enter the flat. So, if you experience the same anxiety, don’t worry, they will contact you 😄

Perfect location and cozy stay

Pro: This is perfect location - in city centre; Super cool balcony when you can spend all your time Very huge house and clean Air conditioning You can easy cook there; Beautiful kitchen

Contro: The check in is at 15:00, it is bit late. And when we book nobody not answering as more then 1 hour , we call 3 times, write and just wait a long time, not comfortable when you come in early morning. Need to put your bag somewhere until 15:00 o’clock.

Pro: A localização é fantástica e o apartamento está bem equipado para viver uns dias e disfrutar a cidade. Mas quando os dias são mais frios a sala exterior não se pode utilizar.

Contro: Acho que o quarto/sala do primeiro piso deveria ser transformado numa sala de verdade com um sofá confortável. Assim como está é muito incómodo e fica a faltar uma verdadeira sala de estar.

Fabulous apartment in Central city

Pro: I had pleasure to stay in your property! Thank you so much for hosting! In apartment you can find more enough, everything what you need! Central city around a lot of restaurant bars !

Contro: Nope

Pro: Sehr gemütliches Ambiente. Direkt in der Innenstadt. Tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Contro: Vielleicht eine extra Decke wäre noch perfekt:)
