Pro: La posizione è perfetta, in centro e vicino al lungomare. Camere pulite ed accoglienti, modernamente arredate. Staff disponibilissimo
Contro: la camera è a piano strada, si sentono le auto anche se non ne passano molte. Ci starebbero bene delle tende per una maggiore privacy

Great location, smart interior solutions and very communicative owner.
Pro: First of all, the bathroom was spacious and has an amazing ventilation, so it is on of the few rental bathrooms that did't have the stench of humidity. The owner was amazing. They responded to our every question, even those late at night and were super helpfull. The room has a clever design solutions like small kitchen unit that can be covered and looks like a dresser. It is also located in the heart of Olbia, so everyhting is close and you don't really need to use any kind of transportation to get to the center. The room was super clean, it had windows on both sides wich allowed us to ventilate the room. Instructions on how to get in are really simple. All in all it is a perfect place for a short or longer stay.
Contro: I not so much disliked it but it would be convenient to have an iron. The owner expalined to us that becuase of the reagulations it is not possible to have it in the room, but maybe a comunal iron In the corridor? I am not sure if they were provided, but since the house is located in the center, during the night there is little bit of noise, so a disposable earplugs would have been amazing. I had my own so I didn't wake up at night at all.

Felt like a luxury location with the added benefit of being able to cook wash clothes and make coffee!
Pro: Very central but still quiet. Balcony to have an early coffee on first thing. Absolutely immaculate decoration and fixtures.
Contro: Minor point only - because the theme is bright white for coolness, it seemed a bit stark at first - a couple of colourful paintings on the walls would sort that!

Lovely place to stay if you around Olbia
Pro: Lovely place to stay — perfectly located near the main walking area and close to everything. The apartment was spotless, well organized, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find a washer and dryer available, which made things even more convenient. Check-in and check-out were super easy and smooth. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone visiting Olbia!

Pro: Perfect choice for short and long stays in the heart of the city. 1 min from the Piazza Regina and Corso Umberto I Main Street. Modern and cosy design. The bed is king.
Contro: A small note: the entrance is on a narrow street, so to unload your luggage from the car, you will need to block traffic or park very close to the wall:)

Contro: Il n'y avait pas de capsule de café dommage car il y avait une belle machine, ni même un sachet de thé. La caution prélevée pour une nuit et qu'il ai fallu contacter l'hôte 3 jours après pour que celle ci doit débloquée sinon RAS

Pro: Wir haben zwei Nächte in diesem kleinen Zimmerchen in Olbia verbracht und uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile, die sich perfekt eignet, um Kleinigkeiten zuzubereiten, sowie ein schönes Badezimmer. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin. Sie war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem war es ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Pro: Ubytovanie priamo v krásnom a historickom centre s perfektnou dostupnosťou kdekoľvek (reštaurácie, kaviarne, požičovňa aut,...) Prístup majiteľa bol úžasný. Určite odporúčam toto ubytovanie v Olbii
