Pro: Ottima struttura nuova nel centro di Olbia. Pulizia e attenzione al servizio perfetti. La stanza si trova nel cuore della città di Olbia, comodo a servizi e a tante spiagge nelle zone limitrofe. Tutto perfetto, ci tornerò e consiglierò la struttura! Grazie

Perfect stay in Olbia — comfortable room and great host.

Pro: Our room was extremely clean when we arrived, just like in the photos. We were welcomed by the host in a very warm and friendly way, and she also gave us some basic instructions about the parking. We felt very comfortable during our entire stay. The room is great — spacious, with air conditioning, a TV, and even a balcony with a lovely view of the streets of Olbia. The property is located within a limited traffic zone, so it’s not possible to drive right up to the door. However, there is free parking just a 7-minute walk away, which was very convenient.

Super zentrale aber ruhige Lage. Sehr sauber und schön. Alles unkompliziert. Preis-Leistung gut!

Pro: Sehr sauber, komfortabel und stilvoll. Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig! Schöner Balkon und Klimaanlage. Einchecken unkompliziert. Konnten vorher unser Gepäck schon dort deponieren. Sehr nette Dame.

Buena estadía

Pro: Buena ubicación, muy cerca del centro y restaurantes. El espacio es amplio, el baño muy cómodo. Tiene un lindo balcón.

Contro: Las almohadas eran muy duras y planas. El aire acondicionado tiene una luz que ilumina mucho y molesta para dormir. La heladera hace mucho ruido que es molesto por la noche.

Pro: Bonita Habitación con luminosas vistas en él Centro Antiguo

Contro: Las escaleras de acceso. La falta de ayuda a la hora de tener un taxi.

Pro: Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο. Η οικοδεσπότης μας είχε αφήσει κάψουλες καφέ και τσάι δωρεάν. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο με καλό στρώμα και ωραία μαξιλάρια, ενώ στο μπάνιο υπήρχε και ένα καλό σεσουάρ για τα μαλλιά.

Contro: Θα ήθελα να μας άδειαζε τους κάδους με τα απορρίμματα. Επίσης είχε πολλά και απότομα σκαλιά για να ανέβεις στο δωμάτιο.

Pro: - L'emplacement, dans l'hyper centre - literie et oreillers très confortables - la propreté - du balcon on peut apercevoir un peu la mer - la communication avec les propriétaires - mini frigo dans la chambre - petit étendoir à linge sur le balcon

Contro: - il y a pas mal de marches (c'était ok pour nous 😉, c'était juste pour préciser pour d'autres personnes), après il y a un logement plus bas
