Pro: Struttura nuova e bellissima, molto confortevole. Ottima posizione nel centro di Olbia.

Great little modern apartment in the centre of Olbia.

Pro: Close to the centre of Olbia down a very quiet side street. Modern small apartment and everything was very clean and comfortable - hotel standards. Small patio. Walking distance to bus drop off. Easy and cheap to get bus to airport from Olbia town.

Contro: No one able to meet you at the property as self check in. I didn’t see the email to complete check in details (needed to send screenshot of my passport and pay the tourist tax) until I was at the property so was stuck outside for 30 minutes until this was completed online and a code was sent to me to gain access to the building. I only booked the accommodation the day before and should have checked my emails before I travelled. It would have been very easy and straightforward if I had.

Great apartment in the center of Olbia

Pro: + The apartment is greatly located in the historic center of Olbia and transports. + It was very clean and comfortable. + Good communication with the host

Contro: - The shower was partially clogged, but we contacted the host and he was very responsive.

Pro: Our flight was very early and we were able to check in early which was wonderful. The property is very secure and in an ideal location, a 1-2 minute walk to the Main Street with shops and restaurants. The room was large and modern and had a small fridge, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom had a lovely shower and air conditioning worked really well. We were also able to leave our bags securely in the building as we had a late flight, which was really appreciated!

Contro: In our 3 night stay our room was never cleaned/no new towels but I think this is our fault as we were never out of the room before 11/12. Also it would be even better if there was a table and some chairs in the little private garden :)

great spot in central Olbia

Pro: Great location, close to lots of bars and restaurants, easy to get to/from the airport. Great aircon on those super hot summer months, comfy bed and big shower. Really great for a few nights stay.

Contro: The room is on a smaller side so it was tricky to find space for two suitcases. Also, the shower wasn't properly sealed to the wall and an entire floor got flooded, but it wasn't a major issue in the end.

Estadía de excelencia.

Pro: Absolutamente todo, la calidad del mobiliario, el ambiente de un excelente gusto, toda la decoración exquisita, la ubicación en pleno centro histórico y a su vez un silencio absoluto en la noche para poder descansar, volvería sin dudarlo!

Contro: Todo me encantó .

Sauber und frisch renoviert in bester Lage

Pro: Frisch renoviertes Ferienzimmer in bester Lage mitten in Olbia

Contro: Wir hatten 8 Tage Aufenthalt und es wurde nur einmal nach Aufforderung gereinigt, Ameisenbefall.

Lindo, bien ubicado y buena gestión!

Pro: Muy limpio, ordenado y bien ubicado! Siempre que he tenido una duda me la aclararon rápido por chat.

Contro: No me pareció a un buen precio para estar menos de 24hs. También quise tener late check out o una posibilidad para dejar las valijas que por más que me ofrecieron el contacto de un local cerca en Olbia, me hubiese gustado tener esa posibilidad.
