Fantastic Villa in Budoni

Pro: The villa is lovely. It's in a location close to the centre (though it is up a hill) so you can easily walk into town for supplies or to eat out. The beach is 30 minutes walk through town, but really lovely sand/sea with beach cafes etc It's a very modern house inside and has everything you would expect, comfortable beds (inside) and overall great facilities. Lots of space and a great pool area. The sea view and gardens are beautiful.

Contro: For such a premium villa we were surprised by how uncomfortable the sun beds were. Those rock hard plastic types that are like sitting on concrete! The villa needs to invest in new sun beds or cushions to go on the existing ones. WiFi if also pretty poor. Those were the only two disappointing things and both are easy to fix. 🙂

The best holidays and places we have been to

Pro: This property is absolutely amazing!!!! It has everything and even more you need whilst being away. It is big enough to accommodate a family of 8. Cleanliness is spotless; there were also toiletries in every single bathroom upon our arrival. Bedrooms are big enough, with really good size of wardrobes and drawers. Location is fantastic, very close to the shops and the restaurants, and evening market is only 3 mins walk away from the property . In comparison to the properties in the neighbourhood, Villa the Queen has a lot of privacy. Budoni is a lovely village with close proximity to Olbia. Communication with the property was amazing from the day we’ve booked our trip - Viola responded very promptly to every single of our query, and with enough details. I can genuinely recommend this property and the managing property company. We are already planning to go back here.

Contro: Nothing. This place is absolutely fabulous.

Pro: Villa is brand new and made to high standards. Location is great, very quiet but close to caffès, bars, restaurants. Staff and Gianni is making sure you stay comfortable for every minute there

Goed en comfortabel maar erg duur

Pro: Het zwembad en de airco waren super. Schoon huis was het.

Contro: Helemaal geen extra’s bij de accomodatie, zelfs geen peper en zout.

Pro: La villa est parfaite pour 3 couples. Elle est super équipée et très propre. Sa situation permet d'aller en ville à pied. La communication avec les hôtes est vraiment au top, et en français! La machine à café défectueuse a été remplacée en 15 mn.

Contro: Le seul petit bémol serait les volets des chambres qui n'occultent pas vraiment la lumière du jour, mais c'est juste un détail..

Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Pro: Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Süper Pool und exellente Lage.

Contro: Uns wurde in Aussicht gestellt das Haus Mittags beziehen zu können. Leider wurde diese Zusage vor Ort nicht eingehalten.
