Pro: la villa è meravigliosa, ,libera su 4 lati con piscina ed una veranda dove fare colazione, pranzi e cene. Nel giardino curatissimo vi è anche una doccia di acqua calda e una lavatrice all'interno di un casottino. la villa al suo interno è di ottima fattura, arredata con gusto, camere spaziose e tanto posto negli armadi. Ci sono due bagni completi di doccia, questò è molto utile per famiglie numerose. l'host è super disponibile e presente per ogni necessità. Tutta la ns famiglia ha soggiornato divinamente in questa villa e speriamo di tornare presto

A lovely week
Pro: A lovely week staying at Capannizza Villas. Chiara couldn't have been more helpful and kept in contact before and during our stay for any queries and tips. Our villa was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we could need. We would recommend getting a VPN in advance for the TV to access Prime etc if you need it. We all loved the big bathrooms with 2 sinks and waterfall showers. And made good use of the bbq. The beach was great just a 10 minute walk away, and 15 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. We didn't have a car but might do another time. We got a bus to San Teodoro one day and a taxi to horseriding locally, which was great. Despite being late in the season and it being fairly quiet there were enough restaurants open and we had some lovely weather. All in all a great, relaxing week enjoying some lovely sun, food and gorgeous beaches. Thank you

It is a nice place for a family holiday
Pro: The 3 bedrooms were spacious and the 2 bathrooms were modern and clean. I found the host manager Chiara to be extremely helpful. The pool was lovely, and all of the outdoor seating was terrific. There was a washing machine, and clothes airer.
Contro: Only one set of towels per guest was provided, and there is no dryer in the property. However, I requested a second set and Chiara dropped them over immediately. There was no traditional toaster in the property, only a sandwich press. Minimal supplies, such as only one tea towel, no soap in the showers, no washing liquid for dishes or laundry, etc. The beds were very firm and the pillows very flat, but the sheets were nice.

Fantastic high quality villa for a family stay with excellent service from our host!
Pro: Fantastic villa for our first stay in Sardinia. From the moment we arrived Chiara made us truly welcome. The pool was fantastic and the house had all we needed. Well located and parking for our car rental. The pool was fantastic and serviced daily. Large refrigerator and nearby supermarket. Washing machine was very helpful.
Contro: Only issue was beds a little firmer than we are used to and some additional pillows would have been great.

Pro: The villa is very nice and cosy, perfect fit for a family of 4 people. Nice pool and surrounding area with sunbeds and some pool toys for kids. All clean and comfy. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need for your own cooking. TV available with plenty of international channels. Check-in and check-out with no problems, well assisted by Michele, who also provided guidance on local shops, restaurants, beaches etc.
Contro: You have to count on bringing your own supplies for everything to keep the house clean - we were only given few tablets for dishwasher when requested, no dishwashing liquid available, no extra dustbin bags, and only 2 toilet paper rolls for the whole week for 4 people (seriously?). So we had to buy all of it - not a big deal, but somehow you would expect that to be supplied when you pay over 5k for a villa...

Wonderful
Pro: Fantastic Villa, lovely quiet location. The hosts were great from booking through to leaving. The villa was perfect for our requirements everything we needed was there lovely pool outside space. Great restaurant recommendations and a hire car sorted for us within an hour by Pasquale and Michele. I would recommend having a car to explore the area. Thanks for being fantastic hosts we will be returning.

We had a very nice stay and enjoyed it very much!
Pro: Wonderful terrace with very nice garden and big and very clean pool. Good equipment (kitchen). The service was perfect and available all time.
Contro: We would recommend small things: - mosquito protection (e.g. on the windows) - avoid open sockets, cables etc. - Possibilities to hang up towels (bathroom)

Pro: The clean pool, the terrace, the beautiful beach 10-15 minutes away on foot (3 min. by car)
Contro: Need som new knifes. Can hardly cut. You can hear the highway - just info if you expect total silence.
