Villa accogliente a san teodoro

Pro: Ho trascorso una bellissima vacanza in questa villetta insieme ai miei amici. La casa è accogliente, ben arredata e dotata di tutto il necessario per sentirsi subito a proprio agio. L’host è stato molto disponibile e attento, sempre pronto ad aiutarci in caso di bisogno. Il bar vicino a casa è il migliore di san teodoro per le colazioni.

Contro: La spiaggia non è vicinissima, quindi raggiungerla a piedi può essere un po’ scomodo. Sarebbe utile avere delle biciclette in buone condizioni: nella casa ce ne sono alcune, ma purtroppo molte sono vecchie e non utilizzabili.

Piacevole soggiorno a San Teodoro

Pro: La struttura gode di un'ottima posizione sia per raggiungere il centro a piedi sia le spiagge più belle ad un massimo di 15 minuti di auto. Supermercati, farmacia e ristoranti sono a portata di mano. La villetta si trova in un contesto residenziale molto tranquillo, adatto soprattutto a chi ha bisogno di relax e silenzio. Letto super comodo!

Contro: Il giardino e la veranda purtroppo non possono essere sfruttate a pieno per la presenza di zanzare. Forse sarebbe più comodo avere una lavastoviglie come ulteriore elettrodomestico. La seconda stanza matrimoniale è un po' piccola.

Fantastica

Pro: Struttura in una ottima posizione a San Teodoro, nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi. Il cortile è il pezzo forte della casa.

Pro: Villetta spaziosa, posizione strategica per gli spostamenti.

Contro: Nulla

Pro: la posizione , le dimensioni degli armadi, la maggior parte dei servizi offerti dalla casa

Contro: Le biciclette erano con le ruote sgonfie e la pompetta non era funzionante.

Villetta molto carina

Pro: Contesto molto carino in una via tranquilla ma non lontano dal centro di San Teodoro. Infissi nuovi e aria condizionata in ogni camera.

A very pleasant stay

Pro: The property met our expectations, and the pictures were accurate. Very close to a nice café (with amazing coffee and pistachio croissants) and a supermarket. Walking distance from the lovely town centre. Super clean and provided with all the necessary amenities.

Contro: The bins aren't collected outside, but you have to take them to a recycling centre nearby. Apart from that, nothing else!

Fantastic villa in the perfect location

Pro: The property was in the perfect location, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It had a beautiful garden (as pictured), so we were able to sit out and eat of an evening which was lovely. I would recommend booking this villa if you are staying in San Teodoro as it is excellent value for money. Patrick, the host, is incredibly attentive and accommodating. Other points: -the property has two private parking spaces which was very useful - the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates etc

Contro: The only issue we had was in disposing our rubbish, we managed to work out the bins eventually but we found it a little difficult! Patrick was very quick to respond to offer help though I must add.

Pro: We loved our stay at Villetta San Teodoro.Lovely house with a small garden,where you can relax on a deckchair under the tree or where your kids can play.The house provided everything we needed,there are also bicycles,few toys (we also left some),beach umbrellas,etc. you can use.Supermarket,small (inflatable) theme park for kids,nice pizza place,etc. are nearby.It was easy to communicate with Patrick,he was very nice.Our kids accidentaly broke one of the nightstand lamps while playing,Patrick just replaced it without a fuss,didn't want any compensation for it.

Contro: Two times there was a power outage (for example while using the wasching maschine with simultaneously AC and other stuff on).Neighbouring houses and also one of the restaurants experienced them as well at a different time,so it's probably common in that area or Sardinia in general.It was also easily fixed with Patrick's help (he told us where we can find a another power fuse, as the one in the house did not help the second time)
