A perfect home for families or friends to spend some time in San Teodoro

Pro: The bungalow home was perfect for us three friends traveling to San Teodoro for 5 nights in June/ July 2025. The location is a perfect 10 min walk from the center of town, very close to all the amenities but set apart enough to be quiet and relaxing. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and a bakery in walking distance. The house was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed in it (2 large bedrooms and a sofa bed, as well as two bathrooms. There was a cozy seating area outside the house with a barbeque (we didn't use it). The hosts were kind, very responsive to our questions both in the run up to the booking and during our time there (I am especially grateful for the beach recommendations) and I would definitely recommend staying at Villa Cerdino. In fact, I am already thinking about dates for next year. Grazie!

Pro: Location of the house is excellent, far from the main street and there is no noise from the traffic . It is 15 minutes walk from the town center and big market Eurospin. Well equiped and has everything that is needed for a long stay holiday ( only coffe machine was missing compared to official pictures on booking). We stayed in the house 13 nights in July and there was enough space for 5 of us.

Pro: La casa es perfecta para unas vacaciones de corta y larga estancia, con todo lo que puedas necesitar (cocina y menaje, gran nevera, wifi, smart TV, etc). La zona exterior es muy agradable, con barbacoa y jardín bien cuidado. La localización es perfecta, con posibilidad de aparcar en la puerta de casa, en una zona súper tranquila y segura. Hay montones de hermosas playas a 5-20 minutos en coche, al igual que el pueblo de San Teodoro, varios supermercados, etc. El propietario es muy atento y está disponible en todo momento. En definitiva, una casa muy recomendable, con buena relación calidad/precio y excelente ubicación con coche de alquiler 😊.

Contro: La cama de matrimonio son dos colchones individuales y finos. No hemos dormido mal, pero sin duda es mejorable. Para una valoración de 10, se hubieran agradecido algunas cosas básicas a la llegada, aunque como igualmente hicimos compra no nos importó.

prachtig ruime villa.

Pro: Heel mooi en zeer ruim huis met genoeg ruimte en 2 badkamers. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Op loopafstand van het centrum met leuke winkeltjes en vele restaurants.

Contro: Het enige was dat we geen persoonlijk contact hebben gehad met de eigenaresse. Alleen via de app, waardoor we wat uitleg hebben gemist over alles. o.a over het vuilnis hoe en wat de laatste dag
