Pro: La posizione ottima,vicino alla Spiaggia e vicina al centro di San Teodoro

Contro: Mi è piaciuto tutto

consiglio a tutti di vivere questa fiaba (tranne amanti del lusso)

Pro: posizione fantastica a pochi passi dalla spiaggia la Cinta, a 10 metri da un piccolo ma fornito market, e pochi minuti dal centro di San Teodoro, la casa è ampia e con una atmosfera particolare ( come da foto) il giardino è grande con posto auto interno, sebbene l'arredamento non sia lussuoso non manca nulla ... è come vivere in una fiaba , un particolare grazie alla gentilezza , disponibilità e al sorriso con cui siamo stati accolti

Contro: le doccia sono da migliorare e anche uno dei due wc, il materasso della camera principale è un pò sfondato ... manca il microonde, e guardare la tv dal piccolo divano non è possibile ... ma chi guarda la tv in un posto così bello ?!

Great family holiday in paradise

Pro: Everything! - Outside dining area was beautiful - large enclosed garden with sun beds - Good air conditioning inside the property - Outdoor shower was also a lovely addition - Convenience store very close by and only a short walk to the beach and kids park, this was ideal for us with 2 young children.

Superb holiday

Pro: We enjoyed a really wonderful holiday here during October 24. The property gives authentic vibes and is set in an amazing location just 10 minutes walk to the beach. The hosts were fabulous and remained in regular contact to easily arrange check-in and check-out.

Contro: We found the mattresses to be incredibly hard and uncomfortable. We would love to stay again as other than the beds it was a fantastic holiday, however we hope the mattresses could be changed?

It is perfect with a short walk to La Cinta beach in San Teoforo

Pro: It is very well appointed, spacious, clean. Coffee, sugar, salt etc. were left for us by the lovely hostess. I loved the third, outdoor shower. The wifi is very good.

Contro: I was missing a desk and a chair from the largest bedroom. As well as a microwave oven from the kitchen.

A beautiful house with everything you could need and a stones throw from a beautiful beach!

Pro: It was clean and tidy with everything we could need! It was very close to a beautiful beach. Property and gardens are well looked after and maintained. Rooms were spacious and having a washing machine was a real bonus!

Contro: Nothing!

Tolles Quartier für einen Familieurlaub oder in einer Freundesgruppe

Pro: Sehr süßes Haus mit nettem Garten in der Nähe eines tollen Strandes. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, aber dazu würde ich auf Sardinien überall raten. Es ist sehr sauber und die Eigentümer sind sehr bedacht darauf, dass alles da ist, was man brauchen könnte.

Contro: Alles war toll!

Pro: Die Lage zum Strand und in den Ort war für uns sehr gut. Ein kleiner Supermarkt liegt fast gegenüber. Wir kommen gerne wieder

total gemütlich

Pro: Super gemütliche Unterkunft für Familys oder Freunde. Spitze Lage, alles fussläufig. Hier wird noch auf den Nächsten geschaut, von Mieter zu Mieter ☺️ so sweet, dass hier noch Materialien oder Lebensmittel (Essig, Öl) belassen wwrden und die Ressourcen genutzt werden. Betten mega bequem.

Contro: -- fällt mir nix ein :)

Pro: Tolle Lage, 10 Min zu Fuß zum Strand und direkt gegenüber ein kleiner Supermarkt. Stadtzentrum nicht gut zu Fuß zu erreichen aber mit Fahrrad oder Auto kein Problem. Haus großzügig und in typisch sardischem Stil eingerichtet, mit Garten und Terasse. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Wir haben uns mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern sehr wohlgefühlt! Sehr nette Interaktion mit der Vermieterin.
