Pro: Una bellissima villetta, con giardino ben curato e terrazzo freschissimo. Camere pulite e fresche con climatizzatore in cucina e ventilatori a soffitto sia nelle camere che in cucina. Posizione ottima, a 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia La Cinta e 20/25 minuti dal centro. Market alimentari ben attrezzato a pochi passi. Lo staff disponibile e gentile con servizio navetta a pagamento per l'aeroporto al ritorno perfetto.

Pro: bella villetta con giardino e patio , comoda per arrivare velocemente alla spiaggia della Cinta \
Contro: purtroppo l'acqua non è potabile ; trovare qualche prodotto per la casa ( ad es. per la lavatrice e per la lavastoviglie ) non sarebbe male.

Pro: Very calm location and close to beach and supermarket. With garden and terrace and washing machine. Fully equiped and very clean! The landlord / agency is superfriendly and helpful, we appreciated it a lot!

A brilliant, relaxing holiday
Pro: Excellent location, 5 minutes on foot from beautiful beach, 15 minutes to town with lots of restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful. It is a lovely area. All necessary facilities in the property. Good WiFi. It was good to get a lift from the reception to the property and from the property to the bus stop on the last day. Would recommend.
Contro: Although the appartment has all the facilities, it is not cosy and lacks personality.

Great accommodation
Pro: The location is great, it's close to very lovely beaches. Mariano and the team were also very helpful and accommodating, they were willing to help should we need anything during our stay, and gave us a lot of information on the surrounding area and things to do. The property was clean and we were provided drinking water, coffee, clean towels, bedsheets, detergent, and shampoo. There was AC installed, as well as ceiling fans, both of which really helped in the hot weather. The terrace was beautiful, as were the views and the general surrounding area. Multiple small convenience stores nearby, as well as some larger ones not too far away, near the centre.

Brilliant stay, felt very welcome.
Pro: Sardinia in general is a welcoming and wonderful place, especially if you have children. San Teodoro and La Cinta - double that. However, Mariano has taken it to the next level and appears to have made customer experience into a bit of an art! We felt like every smallest detail was thought through. We loved the house - beautiful, very well equipped, fantastically located and just generally very convenient to use for the whole 11 days we were there. We loved the service - Mariano and his team are simply fantastic - everything was always done on time, we had the best advice, and we felt very welcome. And of course, we loved the beach, food, people, music, night market, everything really - in the town! :) Thank you, and we will absolutely be back! P.S. for the May'25 reviewer - they installed a mirror in the bedroom! :D
