Pro: La posizione è perfetta. Nelle vicinanze si trovano la spiaggia, una fermata dell'autobus e un negozio dove è possibile acquistare tutto il necessario.
Contro: Sono d'accordo con le recensioni. Mancavano prodotti di base come sale, zucchero, tè e acqua, detersivo in polvere o capsule. Ogni ospite compra tutto e poi lo lascia, in modo che gli ospiti successivi possano utilizzarlo. Ad esempio, abbiamo lasciato tutto quello che avevamo comprato. Un coltello da cucina è essenziale. Great location, basic accommodation - good value for the price
Pro: The location was perfect! A two minute walk to the beach and close to cafes and the supermarket.
Contro: There was an odd cut out hole by the stairs, there were squashed bugs on the walls and we felt as though it lacked the ammenities we needed.

We had a great stay at the property. It was an ideal base for days at the beach and excursions into and around Olbia.
Pro: Great location for the beach, shop and restaurants. Good air-conditioning. Functional kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice outdoor space.
Contro: Some of the fittings were a bit wobbly. Could do with a few more basics, such as basic ingredients for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, dishwasher tabs, coffee).

Lovely little beach house, modern, clean, great beach “vibe”, well equipped in a brilliant location….on the beach.
Pro: Location was brilliant, right on the beach and only 15 mins drive from Olbia ferries. Very stylish little place with a strong beach “vibe”, clean, comfortable, well equipped, perfect for what we wanted. Read some complaints about the bedrooms being in the basement, when it’s 40+ outside, the bedrooms are lovely and cool, just what you need. We loved this place.
Contro: Maybe some bedside lamps and bedside sockets to charge mobiles? Minor inconveniences.

fabulous location in agreat property
Pro: Location is excellent, the house was very spacious with restaurants and shop within walking distance, Wifi was also included and good strength
Contro: Only thing I would say is the property could use some more cutlery especially large knives and also a chopping board

Un buen lugar para unos días en la costa esmeralda. Playas de ensueño muy cercanas. Merece la pena totalmente
Pro: Es un alojamiento muy coqueto, amplio y en una ubicación perfecta. Zonas al aire libre y una terraza con vistas al mar. Al tener los dormitorios es la parte de abajo es muy silencioso. Completamente equipado. Facilidad para el check-in
Contro: La limpieza en algunos sitios dejaba que desear, sobre todo en los exteriores. Ya en la puerta de entrada desde la calle habían hierbas muy altas que afean. El resto si estaba bien y con un olor muy agradable. Hay humedades en algunas paredes pero eso es algo ajeno al mantenimiento. Echamos también en falta por ejemplo un encendedor para la cocina o incluso alguna cápsula para poder tomar un café.

Mittelklasse- Häuschen in schöner zentraler Lage -direkt am Meer
Pro: Lage ist super, fußläufig zum Meer. Ab Ostern sind auch Restaurants offen. Ansonsten gibt es ein Café und einen kleinen Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe Das Haus war sauber, mit kleiner Terrasse und kleiner Dachterrasse
Contro: Die Schlafzimmer sind im Keller ohne Fenster. Im Sommer sicher angenehm, aber im Frühjahr war alles feucht (bettwäsche, klamotten), besonders in dem Zimmer, wo keine Heizung war. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es so eine Art Grundausstattung gegeben hätte, z.b. spültuch, Abtrocktuch oder 1 Fl. Wasser für die, die spät ankommen

Best location to stay near the beach
Pro: Just 15min drive from the airport and had the best location from the beautiful beach
Contro: I had few other options for the holiday house, but I chose this because the baby crib rental was free for our 9month baby. Realized that there was no babycrib and when I text the owner about it, no message reply! So we ended up putting the mattress down on the floor, but the baby fell few times at night.
