Pro: La posizione e la gentilezza dell'host. Avevo letto che le camere erano interrate e c'era chi si lamentava, ma io ho trovato bella la zona notte!

Excellent place!

Pro: The accommodation is modern and well equipped. We had a very pleasant stay and felt almost at home. We especially appreciated the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The location is excellent—close to the beach, restaurants, and a grocery store. This part of Olbia is quiet and peaceful.

Contro: Since it is a newly constructed house, you can see some things are still being in the process of finalization. Light switches are missing frames, there are painting stains on the tiles.

Great Location, Lovely Views

Pro: The beach is nearby; I suggest going straight to the rocks (approaching from the right side is better). There are three terraces, one on the roof, and the view is quite good. Check-in and check-out are easy and work smoothly via WhatsApp.

Contro: Parking next to the house is practically impossible—the street is always blocked—but a large beach parking lot is just a short walk away.

Pro: nice place, close to the beach and with easy access to the city & airport (only 15 minutes).

Contro: - The ants - lots of it! - Parking restrictions not advertised. I got a parking ticket by parking on the property side of the road. However there's only one sign at the beginning of the street, which can easily pass unnoticed by people not used to the traffic signage in Italy. At least another two guests of the property got tickets as well in the subsequent days. A warning on the listing would be helpful.

Pro: The house is great, clean and in a good location a few steps from the beach. Check-in was easy. The only thing I didn't think was the kitchen was well equipped. It was a bit difficult to cook without a good knife and the pots didn't have lids.

Pro: Lokalizacja jest cudowna, plaża oddalona 1 minute spacerem, cicha spokojna okolica, szeroka ulica na której można zaparkować samochód. Domek jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony (agd/rtv), posiada klimatyzację w salonie i sypialni. Wnętrze jest zadbane i bardzo czyste. Materace są wygodne. Przed domkiem jest kawałek trawnika i zadbane krzewy. Kluczyk odebraliśmy z zakodowanej skrzynki, wszelkie informacje dostaliśmy od właściciela z wyprzedzeniem. Kontakt z właścicielem jest wzorowy, praktycznie od razu odpisywał na wszelkie zapytania. Bardzo polecam.

Cute Place

Pro: Love this cute little house. It's very close to a beach. There is a delicious restaurant a short walk away. We were able to get to the ports, downtown Olbia, and many beaches and hikes easily. This is a great place to stay.

Pro: La ubicación 10/10. Está bien conectado con el transporte público, la zona es tranquila, está a un minuto de la playa y las vistas 360° al mar y la montaña. La casa es amplia, moderna y está impecable. Además, el personal es muy amable y atento. Sin duda, para repetir.
