Really great stay

Pro: Very good location with a great terrace, a large yard, an interesting garden, and a grat view. Good parking. Quick communication with the owner and helpful.

Contro: The place could be a bit cleaner. There were occasional issues with the WiFi and sometimes with the hot water, but they were resolved.

Ruhig und nah zum Strand, aber einfach.

Pro: Die Lage zum Strand war sehr gut. Allerdings ca. 200m weiter als bei Google ersichtlich, weil der Pinn falsch gesetzt ist. Dafür sehr ruhig gelegen.

Contro: Die Mücken sind eine Plage! Die Ausstattung ist etwas einfach: Plastik-Esstisch, altes Sofa, kaum scharfe Messer, sehr einfache Betten. Aber es ist alles da. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber es ist auch nichts in der Nähe, außer der Strand. Für alles andere muss man fahren.

Pro: Best experience ever. Note that this beautiful villa is offered by DomusAway, this fact alone should be enough to convince you to book any property under their management. Excellent location, very close to the best beaches along with having easy access to necessities (shopping, downtown San Teodoro, wonderful restaurants and cafes etc..) Since this listing is under DamusAway, the extra mile to complement the stay was assured by Miriana and Gabriel whom have made every effort to insure our requests to be cared for. Certainly rebooking when revisiting Sardinia.

Contro: Internet is fast and good, but the wifi is placed in a location that may limit its range. Not an issue and is easily fixed. Just a note.
