Villa Caterina

Lovely villa, incredible pool and views, great hosts.

Pro: Incredible views of the bay and Tavarola Island from the spacious private terrace. The pool is very large and clean - perfect for swimming and kids to play in. There was also a lifeguard on duty during the day. The villa is compact but fine for a family of four and contained everything we needed, plus it was spotlessly clean. There is air conditioning in the kitchen area and main bedroom. The villa is in a complex of condominiums, but when we stayed there it was quiet with mostly Italian families on holiday. The host, Gianni, was very helpful with information before arriving and Stefano met us for check-in. He was very accommodating when our flight was delayed and super helpful during our stay with ideas and a lovely boat trip to Molara (a great spot for snorkelling!).

Contro: The second bedroom is on the small size and it doesn't have air conditioning, but it was fine for two children.

Amazing place

Pro: Location and view amazing, good communication and recommendations from the owner and in charge staff. Amazing place with amazing restaurants and ice cream near by.

Contro: A couple of things were mot working. We arrived quite late, and although they managed to do a quite late checkin there was no toilet paper. We bought some things to cook during our stay and the fridge was not working properly and they got damaged. I would defintely comeback and saty again either way

Saubere, gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Absolut empfehlenswert

Pro: Die Wohnung war zu unsere vollsten Zufriedenheit. Sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorzuheben möchten wir die ruhige Lage, ideal zum Entspannen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist einfach wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen

Pro: la vue incroyable de la terrasse. la gentillesse de l hôte.

Contro: l humidité par ce temps d octobre. la surprise de voir la piscine verte. si elle n est pas accessible à cette période il serait préférable de le stipuler.

Pro: На вилле потрясающий вид на море, на кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи

Contro: В момент нашего приезда не работал бассейн, хотя об этом нас не предупредили заранее. Бронировали эту аппартаменты из-за наличия бассейна. В названии указывается, что это вилла, на самом деле это апартаменты с 2 спальнями, одна из которых совсем крохотная. В целом апартаменты очень маленькие.

Pro: Das große Highlight des Apartments ist die Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Blick auf das Meer. Dadurch wird die ansonsten gewöhnliche Unterkunft außergewöhnlich. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort und die Anlage war sehr leer. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts.

Contro: Bei Buchung war uns nicht wirklich klar, dass sich im gleichen Gebäude im Souterrain noch eine weiteres Apartment befindet. Dessen Terasse wiederum liegt direkt vorm Schlafzimmer des hier beschriebenen Apartments, was ggf. abends störend sein könnte (bei uns aber nicht war).

Magnifique appartement avec terrasse et vue splendide

Pro: La vue magnifique. L'équipement adapté pour notre séjour en famille. La gentillesse et la flexibilité des propriétaires.

Contro: Rien

Pro: Der Ausblick war einfach traumhaft. Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und der Vermieter bei Fragen immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Contro: Der zur Unterkunft gehörende Parkplatz war sehr schmal.

Pro: Die Lage ist fantastisch, die Anlage paradiesisch! Die Strände sind leider nur mit Auto zu erreichen aber dafür wunderschön. Wir haben es sehr genossen und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Pro: Krásné místo s dechberoucím výhledem, ubytování bylo čisté, vybavení dostatečné.

Contro: Z ubytování nelze dojít k moři. Všude jsou privátní cesty. Jedná se o condominium, ne o samostatný objekt a při pobytu je třeba dodržovat přísná pravidla.
