Pro: Very spacious and clean accommodation with everything we needed. Very much home from home. Stefania was an excellent host and communication with her was very efficient. Would definitely stay there again.

Pro: Clean and cozy apartment, very friendly hostess. 10 minutes walk to the city center. Quiet at night.

Perfect little house in relaxed city

Pro: Perfect little house for a couple. Decor was beautifully done. Everything you needed was there (including washing machine). Very close to train station, historic centre, buses for the beach. Stefania was a pleasure to deal with. Would love to have stayed longer and if ever back in Olbia, this is the place I’d want to stay in.

Welcoming, generous and flexible hostess, great location, cosy and close to centro storico

Pro: Stefania was really welcoming and kindly granted our request to store our bicycles and luggage while we spent the day visiting the area. The apartment is cosy, clean and very quiet at night, yet close to all the cool spots in town. Our hostess kindly left two beers and bottles of water in the fridge for us. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Just a 2 minute walk to shops and restaurants and paid parking right along side the property ( €15 per night) we loved it here and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Stefania😊

Perfect stay with everything you need in a great location

Pro: Clean, great host and great communication. Wonderful thoughtful extras like water and beers in the fridge, along with everything needed for a great stay. I wish every hotel had pillows this good - even better than I have at home! Note on the shower: while other reviews complain it is small and water gets everywhere I did NOT find this an issue.

Contro: Nothing. Only note to future travelers that there is a great washing machine but be sure you leave time for clothes to dry because there is no drying machine. I had no problem with things drying completely overnight

Pro: Bardzo klimatyczne, przytulne mieszkanko i fantastyczna gospodarz. Przemiła Stefania przygotowała dla nas mieszkania dużo wcześniej niż mogliśmy się zameldować.

Pro: Die Kommunikation mit Stefania war schnell, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Unser Gepäck konnten wir bei Stefania abstellen bis die Wohnung bezugsfertig war. Früheres einchecken war kein Problem. Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr zentraler und doch ruhiger Lage und ist genau wie beschrieben und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Das Wasser, Kaffeekapseln, Milch und diverese andere Kleinigkeiten vorhanden waren hat uns sehr gefreut. Besonders die Flasche Prosecco!! Vielen lieben Dank dafür!

Contro: Die Dusche ist wie bereits mehrfach beschrieben sehr unpraktisch. Der Duschvorhang ist zu kurz und es wird beim Duschen rundherum alles nass! Eine Ablage an der Wand neben dem Waschbecken wäre schön gewesen. Ein großes Problem war das Bett. Die Matratze war unglaublich hart !!!! Entspannter Schlaf war für uns leider nicht möglich.
