Pro: La struttura è ben arredata e curata nei dettagli, la pulizia impeccabile. Il personale è davvero disponibile e tempestivo nel fornire assistenza ai clienti. La piscina è una bella coccola dopo una giornata di lavoro. Si trova in centro ed è comodissimo per i mezzi di trasporto.

Contro: Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere a disposizione qualche bustina di shampoo e bagnoschiuma in più

Pro: la posizione, super in centro ad olbia, a due minuti a piedi dalla via principale dello shopping

Contro: Il fatto che non ci fosse parcheggio e la zona non fosse proprio nuova

A perfect stay

Pro: Staff were lovely so friendly and helpful. Perfect location to bars and restaurants and shopping. Very clean and modern. Nothing was too much trouble. Pool towels provided which is a great touch when travelling light.

Pro: Great central location , excellent communication prior to visit, and friendly staff .Clean room and lovely smell in foyer .Room cleaned and fresh towels during short stay , replenished coffee pods a bonus 🙂 The pool and seating area lovely to relax.

Contro: The only thing we would have liked is glasses for drinks in the room , cups instead of paper cups, and maybe a corkscrew 😊

Beautiful property and Andrea is great!

Pro: This hotel is a gem and perfectly located just away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to the centre that you’re literally minutes from all the restaurants and bars. The whole property is immaculate and you feel really safe and secure there: it is well lit and there are sturdy doors. The outside area is so lovely and a proper sun trap almost all the way through the day. The pool is such a treat, especially in such a central location. Also a special mention to Andrea. We unfortunately had our passports stolen earlier in the trip and so were (a) quite sad and (b) awaiting delivery of new ones. Andrea was really kind and sympathetic to us and always checked in on us. The day our passports were arriving he and a colleague literally waited by the door for us and alerted us as soon as they came. Also, he saw us once with a bottle of wine we bought from a nearby vineyard and then, without prompting, brought us two wine glasses and a bottle opener. Thanks so much Andrea!

Everything you need for a comfortable stay

Pro: Truly lovely apartments: clean, comfortable with all necessary amenities. Andrea was a fantastic host, kind and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable too. Pool is a great bonus in the area.

Great location, property and helpful staff!

Pro: Very central location. Very helpful at reception staging an airport taxi for our friend who did not stay at the property. Gave advice on buses to beaches and restaurant recommendation for lunch. Rooms have everything you could need and were very clean and modern.

Great place in the Centre of Olbia

Pro: We were so happy to have found this apartment super last minute as our other Airbnb got cancelled the same day of the arrival. Nuova instantly responded that they would only need 30 min to prepare the room for 4 people, which was great! The staff was super friendly, gave us a restaurant recommendation and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool is not too big and you share it with others but it’s definitely great enough for a quick dip on a sunny day. Last but not least, location is unbeatable! You are really right in the center, yet very quiet. Parking is available right in front of the building (on the street) or on a nearby paid parking.
