Ottimo soggiorno
Pro: La casa è bellissima ed è molto comoda dato che dispone di tre bagni, il proprietario è stato super ospitale e gentile. La posizione è nel centro di Olbia quindi molto comoda per muoversi in auto, dato anche il piccolo posto auto gratuito fuori. In generale, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Una sorpresa inaspettata. 10+
Pro: La posizione è abbastanza buona essendo al centro di Olbia, collegato bene tramite la stazione dei pullman a 20 m da casa e la stessa è di buonissima qualità, difficilmente avremmo potuto trovare di meglio, consigliatissima.
Contro: L'unica cosa che mi viene in mente, proprio a voler fare il pignolo è la luce sul terrazzo non funzionante. Lo scrivo più come consiglio che come critica.

Pro: The house is amazing. Perfect location (just next to the downtown), each bedroom has its own bathroom, terrace. I really believe photos do not honor how beautiful it is. Special mention for the owners, they are so friendly and patient. I really really recommend it.

Great house in a very good location.
Pro: Very large house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a terrace, located in the very center of the city right next to the city bus stops and not far from the train stations and intercity bus stops. Nearby is the main city promenade, supermarkets, bakeries and confectioneries and the seaside promenade. Extremely friendly and nice hosts. We highly recommend.

Pro: Everything was perfect. The location is close to the center. the house is equipped with absolutely everything necessary for a home. the terrace is large and useful. the house is very large and offers privacy if there are several families. there is a free parking space nearby. we loved every moment of our stay there.

Van alle gemakken voorzien uitgerust huis op centrale locatie!
Pro: Het huis is goed verzorgd, zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn om een dakterras te hebben. Wij zaten met twee gezinnen in het huis en ieder had een eigen ruimte en badkamer, heel fijn. Jammer dat het grote dakterras enkel door de grote slaapkamer bereikbaar is, maar dat is dus enkel jammer als je met meer gezinnen bent. Verder geen probleem. De hosts Giovanni en Özgen zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben goede tips voor de omgeving en zijn goed benaderbaar bij vragen. De locatie is centraal, dus je loopt zo het centrum van Olbia in waar genoeg restaurants, bars en winkels zijn. Leuk om door te lopen richting het water, daar vind je een soort speeltoestellen waar jong en oud in kunnen klimmen. ;-) Supermarkt ook op loopafstand en een leuk pleintje/parkje.
Contro: Wij hebben niet goed opgelet dat het huis aan een, naar onze mening, drukke weg zat. Ondanks de getroffen maatregelen (screens) hoor je 's nachts toch verkeer. Handig dat het station in de buurt is (mocht je geen auto hebben) maar toen wij er waren, waren er werkzaamheden bezig aan het spoor en die starten al om 6 uur in de ochtend. Niet ideaal voor je nachtrust. Later bedacht ik mij dat oordopjes prima het probleem zouden kunnen verhelpen want verder is de locatie echt goed dat wil ik toch benadrukken.
