Modern, comfortable, clean , easy walking to old town.

Pro: Excellent location for walking into Olbia old town at night for dinner. Lovely comfortable balcony for relaxing on. Modern spacious, very clean , apartment with comfortable beds. If you have a car, reserving the underground private parking is essential, as street parking is very difficult.

Pro: Airy, spacious and clean apartment. New, modern furniture, nice design. We also liked the kitchen equipped with everything you need, but also the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Attentive host, who responds to any wish. Thank you, Marco !

A smooth, comfortable stay with great amenities and hassle-free check-in.

Pro: Easy check-in with clear lockbox instructions. The underground parking (€10/day) is a big plus if you're traveling by car, like we were. Everything is new, clean, and equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. We were very satisfied!

Très beau séjour à Olbia, agréable !

Pro: Nous avons aimé la clarté et les espaces qu’ils proposent. Son emplacement idéal. Même proche de la gare ne dérange pas.

Contro: Par contre.. la vue n’est pas top, les finitions de l’appartement non plus.. Manque peut être quelque détail.

Pro: Patogus apsigyvenimas. Šeimininkas po rezervacijos iškarto siuncia pilną informaciją kaip patekti į apartamentus. Past butas yra ypatingai švarus, šiuolaikiškas, estetiškas, daug gražių šviestuvių, skoningai įrengtas. Labai jaukus. Lovos su nuostabiais čiužiniais, ramu.Iki oro uosto 10 min auto. Visai šalia pats geriausis Sardinijoe Canod. Kulinarijos skyriuije gamina kaip restorane. Daug šviežiuos žuvies, kam akualu.

Contro: Nebuvo visdulio:). Mes ne iš Sardinijos todęl kavai ir arbatai naudojam virdulį:).

Pro: Siisti, kaunis sisustus. Sijainti erinomainen. Puhdas asunto. Kaksi parveketta, jotka eri suuntiin. Kiva parvekesisustus isolla parvekkeella.

Contro: Pienemmät kattilat ei toimineet hellalla. Keittiön varustus riittävä aamiaiseen, mutta ei kunnon aterian tekemiseen. Ehkä lomalla ei tarvitsekaan.
