Pro: Location and little things that have been already there when we arrived (like coffee, water etc). Very nice host.

Contro: The roof of the sun lounger was missing, so it was too hot on the roof terrace without shade

Location Location - outside Budoni

Pro: Sant' Anna makes the perfect location for a beach holiday for couples or with small children being on the outskirts of budoni. The apartment covers most things you would expect to find in a self catering home. Note the small print about extra costs for sheets and towels, which we found a little weird especially having a plastic cover on the mattress. The rooftop terrace is nice to relax on in the evenings and the covered entrance is cool to enjoy lunches in the hot midday sun.

Contro: The owners appreciate it if you ask them for anything you find missing, like a kettle for hot water or toaster but otherwise it's generally equipped to cover the local owners needs. It's not so easy to find as none of the houses on the road have markings buts it's the one from last on the street. On our stay we had a lot of noise from a pool being built behind the house and new villas in front of the house which hopefully will be finished by this summer, which is represented in our score.

Pro: Die Lage war ganz hervorragend, wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts und insbesondere in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zu der Unterkunftsverantwortlichen war über Whatsapp mit kurzen Antwortzeiten immer möglich.

Contro: Es hätte mehr Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden sein können. Trotz vorhandenem Geschirrspüler mussten wir trotzdem fast täglich Geschirr und Besteck reinigen.

Excellent séjour à 2 pas de la plage dans un appartement avec rooftop vue sur mer très agréable

Pro: La localisation du logement est idéale à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, au calme, avec vue sur la mer et la pinède surtout depuis le rooftop - idéal pour bronzer au calme et à l’abri du vent. La terrasse ombragée permet aussi de passer de très bon moment avec vue sur le jardin. La douche extérieure pour se rincer au retour de la plage est très agréable. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et remercions Teresa avec qui la communication a été très facile.

Contro: Il manque quelques petits ustensiles de cuisine comme une théière, des saladiers,… rien de très grave

L’hôte est à l’écoute et très sympathique, je recommande

Pro: Proximité de la plage à pied, prendre la voiture pour les courses mais proche à 5 min

Pro: Alles. Danke für das Kinderspielzeug! Fantastische Aussicht. Nur einen kurzen Fußmarsch von zwei Stränden entfernt.

Contro: - Man sollte ein Auto haben. Wir haben die Ruhe und Einsamkeit so nah am Meer sehr genossen und sind dafür gern mit dem Auto zum Restaurant gefahren.

Stay in calm area, in a nice villa and close to the beach

Pro: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - pare minut na nogach od plazy, a jednak na uboczu. Przy domku jest miejsce aby bez problemu zostawic samochod (choc raczej w sloncu). 15-20min na nogach od domku sa 2 sklepy i apteka, a wieksze sa w Budoni (5min samochodem). Domek ma maly ogrod, w ktorym mozna odpoczac. Na wyposazeniu jest miedzy innymi ekspres do kawy (i kapsulki), wszystkie srodki do czyszczenia, zmywarka, klimatyzacja (z mozliwoscia ogrzewania, a na poczatku kwietnia bylo chlodno wieczorem), a nawet gry dla dzieci. Jak zapytalismy o czajnik to na nas czekal na tarasie nastepnego dnia :-).

Contro: Lozko nie byly zbyt wygodne - jak dla mnie lozko podwojne bylo zbyt miekkie i spalem jakby w dziurze. Dzieci nie narzekaly na rozkladana sofe. Telewizja praktycznie tylko po wlosku, choc to tylko dzieci ogladaly bajki wieczorem i im to tak bardzo nie przeszkadzalo :D. Raczej nie jest latwo sie dostac na miejsce transportem publicznym, ale jak tylko masz do dyspozycji samochod to jest super.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer perfekten Unterkunft.

Pro: Très bon emplacement tout près de la mer avec une vue magnifique et un très joli jardin paysager. L’appartement est très bien équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, tout est neuf et très propre. La literie est très confortable (canapé et lit) et la douche extérieure est géniale au retour de plage ! N Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et serions restés plus longtemps avec plaisir !
