Pro: È stato tutto perfetto, la casa è bellissima, accogliente, con un grande giardino, due verande fronte ingresso comode, fresche, ventilate, ed una sul retro con tavolino e divanetti molto appartata e all'ombra..per non parlare della piscina veramente fantastica e pulita..il tutto contornato da una pace e tranquillità con le ville a fianco che non trasmettono alcun rumore..una vera oasi di tranquillità e privacy. Un plauso alla sig.ra Antonietta che ci ha accolto con puntualità e ci ha illustrato celermente gli ambienti della villa e le regole da seguire.. speriamo di poter ritornare presto.. grazie

Very peaceful and enjoyable.
Pro: My wife and I have recently returned from a two week stay at this property. There was no breakfast provision offered as this is self catering accommodation. The outdoor pool was excellent......very large and good for swimming lengths. The garden and surrounding properties in this cul de sac were very attractive and the sunset views of the distant mountains stunningly beautiful. The second bedroom wasn't used by us and contained bunk beds. Access to the properties in the cul de sac was via a pair of electonic gates, so very secure.
Contro: A second toilet./ bathroom facilities would have been useful. Also another set of towels and bedsheets would have been most welcome as we were staying for two weeks.

Wonderful
Pro: We had a great stay at Villa Alessandra. The house and outdoor area are well equipped, especially the big pool is amazing and very clean. The nearby soccer court is ideal for the kids. Antonietta is a great host, very friendly an always available. See you again next time

Wonderful time in Sardinia!
Pro: Swimming pool, nice terrace, close to the wonderful beaches (20’ by car to San Teodoro), well equipped kitchen, barbecue, safety of the complex, perfect for a small family.

Espectacular casa en un pequeño barrio cerrado, muy buena ubicación y todas las comodidades!
Pro: Hermosa casa, espaciosa, cómoda, ubicada dentro de en un condominio. La piscina impecable, con reposeras y trampolin, y le da el sol durante todo el día. Tiene una hermosa galería con mesa y sillas para y varios espacios con sillones para disfrutar el exterior que es hermoso. Tiene parrilla, lavarropas, tender, y un cuartito donde hay sombrillas, reposeras, inflables y cosas que deja la gente, que ellos amablemente las dejan ahi para quién lo necesite. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario y más: microondas, tostadora, exprimidor, variedad de ollas y sartenes. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Nos recibió Antonietta, muy amable, que nos mostró toda la casa. Es ideal tener auto, para ir a las playas. Hay 3 supermercados cerca, que se puede ir caminando. Hay una cancha de futbol al costado del condominio, que se puede usar libremente, muy cuidada. Está ubicada a 30 minutos del aeropuerto de Olbia. Sin dudas la recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme en la casa.

Fantastische accommodatie met geweldig zwembad.
Pro: Wat een geweldig mooie accommodatie met een fantastisch zwembad! De communicatie met Antonietta verliep prima. We hadden zelfs een lounche-set om buiten heerlijk op te zitten. De accommodatie voldeed op alle onderdelen aan onze verwachtingen. Het zwembad bleef ook de hele week super schoon, zonder tussentijdse reiniging. De accommodatie ligt dicht aan de kust maar het is niet een afstand die je dagelijks even gaat lopen. Met de auto ben je zo op de stranden. Als je van snorkelen houdt, kijk eens bij de rotsen van Baia Sant'Anna.
Contro: Ik ben zelf 1,96m en het tweepersoonsbed is 2m lang en heeft een ijzeren schot aan het eind, dus dit was wat krap.

Pro: Alles super durchdacht inklusive zahlreicher Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen, der schöne private Pool und als Highlight die warme Außendusche, die Lage ist auch toll, Restaurants und Strand fußläufig erreichbar, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
