Vacanza stupenda!

Pro: Ci è piaciuto tutto, dalla vista stupenda del mare, visibile sia dalla grande terrazza che dalla camera da letto. L'appartamento è spazioso e comodo, fornito di tutto il necessario, la cucina è ben attrezzata. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere diverse spiagge bellissime e i paesi vicini. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili.

Contro: Niente

Pro: La casa è molto accogliente e curata ed è situata in una posizione fantastica con una vista che ogni mattina al risveglio lascia a bocca aperta.

Pro: Our stay at Villa Grazia was simply perfect. The villa itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is very comfortable, and the whole place feels fresh and welcoming. What truly makes it special, though, are the views. Waking up to the sight of the sea and enjoying evenings on the terrace with the sunset was unforgettable. The outdoor spaces are peaceful and ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Location-wise, it strikes the right balance: quiet and tranquil, yet just a short distance from amazing beaches like Punta Comino and Berchida. The host Andrea was attentive and made sure everything was ready for us. Check-in was smooth, and we felt warmly welcomed. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and serene place to stay with breathtaking views, this is the villa to choose. We will definitely return!

Pro: Das Haus und der Außenbereich sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Terrasse und der Sitzbereich bieten eine sehr schöne Aussicht und den ganzen Tag über nach Wahl Sitzplätze in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Es gibt einen kleinen wilden Pfad parallel zur Straße zum Supermarkt und zu dem schönen Sandstrand. Der Supermarkt ist nur in der Saison geöffnet (er schloss am 21.9.), aber es gibt einen schönen Weg an der Küste entlang nach Santa Lucia, wo es einen sehr guten Lebensmittelladen gibt.

Contro: Die Straße zum Haus ist in schlechtem Zustand.

Pro: Un endroit calme et paisible avec une vue splendide sur la mer. Andrea nous a accueillis avec une grande gentillesse, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. La proximité immédiate de plusieurs plages est un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement des vacances

Contro: L'absence de climatisation

Ein Traum am Meer

Pro: Andrea ist ein sehr herzlicher netter und entspannter Gastgeber. Er hat immer ein offenes Ohr für Reisetips oder bei kleinen Problemen. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Lage und hat eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf die Bucht. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants. Man hat immer freie Straßen und ist perfekt für Ausflüge in den Norden, Süden und Westen. Im Umkreis von 1 Stunde erreicht man die Smaragdküste oder Cala Gononne oder das Heiligtum von Santa Christina.

Contro: Wir gehen abends gern etwas flanieren da hat es nicht so Möglichkeiten. Wer das nicht braucht ist hier perfekt aufgehoben.

Séjour agreable et reposant.

Pro: Accueil personnalisé. Situation très agréable avec très belle vue sur la mer. Le lit fait sans supplément. Environnement très calme la nuit. Propriétaire sympathique, attentif et réactif. Restaurant de qualité discrètement installé à 100m de la location. Proximité des belles plages. Commerces très facilement accessibles.

Contro: Aucun reproche à emettre

Pro: Die Unterkunft war großartig, alleine schon beim betreten des Grundstücks waren wir hin und weg von dem wunderbaren Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, es war alles sauber und total schön eingerichtet, in den Fenstern sind überall Fliegengitter, das man problemlos nachts mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte.Andrea ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, uns hat bei unserer Anreise sein Onkel begrüßt der ebenfalls sehr nett ist. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation zwischen Andrea ist immer schnell und reibungslos abgelaufen. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Piękny widok i super warunki do odpoczynku.

Pro: Piękny widok zarówno z tarasu jak i drugiego tarasu. Kameralna okolica i dobre miejsce wypadowe na północ i południe wyspy. W zasięgu 1 h autem najciekawsze atrakcje Sardynii. Wyposażenie bez zarzutu wszystko działało i było w odpowiedniej ilości. Nawet grill do dyspozycji z węglem.

Pro: Très bien accueillis par Andréa. Maison bien équipée dans un lotissement très calme entourée de diverses plages à quelques kilomètres et bien situé pour visiter la région. Equipée d'une terrasse bien ensoleillé dès le matin avec une vue magnifique côté mer et très agréable pour les repas.
