Golden Root San Teodoro

Pro: Bella villa moderna, con buoni servizi. Posizione tranquilla a poca distanza dal centro di San Teodoro.

Contro: Mancanza zanzariere

Chilled villa time

Pro: Wow. This was an amazing villa. Manicured gardens, pool, shade, air con, bbq area… truly amazing for 2 couples and child. Short drive to the beach and small town. Highly recommend

Contro: Upon checkout, we were asked to take our trash with us. Prepare to stop at grocery store to stock pantry of basics.

Beautiful villa in beautiful surroundings but some management issues still need resolving

Pro: This is a beautiful villa but it is the garden and facilities outside that really make it special. The garden is huge and very well maintained, the pool is lovely, plus there is a hot tub, roof terrace, ping pong table, swing seat and football table - lots to keep a family of different ages entertained! It was great to be able to sit and eat outside in the evenings, again with plenty of space. There is plenty of parking under cover too.

Contro: Despite putting the waste outside the villa each night for collection the next morning (as stipulated in the house rules), we had to pay €50 to the local agent on our final morning for her to dispose of the final lot of waste. There was nothing in the rules about this extra charge. The rules state that excess mess means extra cleaning (and therefore an extra charge) but we would argue that waste which has been sorted into the appropriate bins outside the villa, ready for disposal, does not constitute extra cleaning!! We can see from a previous review that others have had this problem. The agent in Milan suggested we shouldn’t have eaten at the villa for the last two days, and should have gone out for dinner instead. Then no additional waste would have been accumulated! The locks on two bathroom doors were broken and on 3 occasions, a member of our party got locked in. Twice it was possible to play around with the lock until it opened but on the third occasion we were unable to unlock the door and the person who was locked in had to climb out of a small window! When someone came to fix the locks, we were told not to use the locks in future! House rules request the villa be kept clean. With this in mind, we wanted to use the vacuum cleaner. This was broken and part of it stuck together with black tape. When we asked for a replacement, the local agent suggested that we use a dustpan and brush. Given the size of the villa, this suggestion was nonsensical. A replacement vacuum was then provided. On arrival there was only a small amount of watered down washing up liquid. We went out and bought our own cleaning products. We don’t know if these products were left for the next occupant to use. None of the safes worked and the local agent had to unlock them so we could access our valuables. The ping pong table was dirty with only a couple of bats and one ball which were usable. Lying loose on the ground on our arrival. The hot tub also had to be cleaned by us on arrival

Best place to enjoy with family near the best beaches in sardenia

Pro: This is a little drop of heavens. The villa was beautiful, very modern, clean and full of practical features. The lawn, BBQ area, dinning area, swimming pool, jacuzzi and etc were well maintained and very enjoyable

Pro: The villa was absolutely beautiful, the grounds were well manicured, and it was private and safe (gated). We loved the outdoor space, the upper sitting area, hot tub and pool (too cold to get in though). It was in a great location, just a short distance from town and very quiet. The villa had a lot of nice amenities ie. Heated towel racks, night lighting etc. Our stay was excellent despite the language barrier noted below.

Contro: Check-in and receiving instructions about the villa was very and difficult and frustrating. It wasn't clear to reach the manager via what's app upon arrival so we had difficulty with communication the the start. She didn't speak English and we had a very difficult time understanding instructions about our stay despite trying to use Google translate. The language barrier was a significant and a very time consuming challenge. The wifi was not good and very difficult to get on. We eventually ended up getting in contact with Marco the owner (who spoke excellent English) and he was extremely helpful and responsive in helping us with villa instructions and questions we had. We also had an issue with blowing a fuse in the kitchen and he was very responsive in helping us fix the problem quickly. We VERY much appreciated his assistance overall, thank you Marco!!!

Traum

Pro: Die Villa ist einfach ein Traum. Die Fotos auf Booking treffen voll zu.

Angenehme Unterkunft für entspannte Tage.

Pro: Im Vorfeld sehr gute Information und Kommunikation. Gastgeber hat frühzeitig Kontakt aufgenommen, so dass wir sogar früher einchecken konnten. Einweisung in das Haus schnell und unkompliziert. Allerdings spricht der Gastgeber nur italienisch, so dass man per Handy übersetzen muss. Anlage sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Ausreichend Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Ein Tisch drinnen und zwei Tische draussen, so dass man an unterschiedlichen Plätzen essen konnte.

Contro: Die Mülltrennung (schwarz, grün, gelb und Papier) ist aufwendig, da jeden Tag etwas anderes abgeholt wird, was leider nicht immer geklappt hat. Zum nächsten Ort San Teodoro muss man auf jeden Fall mit dem Auto fahren, da er ansonsten zu weit entfernt ist und der Weg nur über eine Landstraße geht. Das Haus selber liegt an einer Landstrasse, und eines der Zimmer hat das Fenster zur Landstrasse. Die Fenster verfügen über keinen Mückenschutz. Im Garten steht eine Korkeiche die verhältnismäßig viel Dreck macht.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Pro: Es sah alles so aus wie auf den Fotos. Es gab tatsächlich eine kleine Ausstattung an Gewürzen. Wir hatten einen Ansprechpartner während unseres Aufenthaltes. Der Garten war wunderschön mit Zitronen-, Oliven- und Granatapfelbäumen. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren toll. Es war auch wirklich cool das jedes Zimmer ein eigenes en-suite Bad hatte. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es gab eine gute Auswahl an Kissen, was ich sehr wichtig finde. Die Küche war wirklich gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht an Equipment. Wir haben an den meisten Abenden auch „Zuhause“ gegessen. San Teodoro und viele wirklich schöne Strände sind innerhalb von 10-15min Autofahrt zu erreichen. Zum Flughafen in Olbia sind es 20-25min.

Contro: Es ist sicherlich Jammern auf hohem Niveau, ich möchte es aber nicht unerwähnt lassen: der Gärtner und der Poolmann kommen unangemeldet und machen ihren Job. Es ist natürlich toll das alles so gut in Stand gehalten wird aber wir hätten uns gewünscht das sich angekündigt wird. Wir hatten auch immer mal wieder kein Wlan, was uns im Urlaub aber nur an dem einen verregneten Tag gestört hat. Ein letzter Punkt der uns nicht losgelassen hat während unseres Aufenthaltes ist die Videoüberwachung. Das gesamte Grundstück ist Videoüberwacht. Die Eingangsbereiche hätten uns nicht gestört allerdings wird auch der Pool überwacht und das fanden wir schon merkwürdig. Uns wurde versichert das alle Aufnahmen gelöscht werden, trotzdem hat es ein komisches Gefühl hinterlassen.

Bon séjour

Pro: La maison est superbe , le jardin est grand , la pelouse incroyable. Literie confortable. Elle est située à 10 mn en voiture du centre de San Teodoro, village attractif avec restaurants et marché de nuit. Les propriétaires laissent quelques jouets pour enfants pour la piscine / plage pour les enfants.

Contro: La table de ping pong et ses équipements usagés ( table usée,1 seule balle, raquettes vieillissantes…) pour le tarif, nous aurions aimé pouvoir vraiment en profiter . Nous aurions aussi apprécié avoir un « kit de démarrage » pour la cuisine : aucune éponge , pas un fond de liquide vaisselle, ou de pastille , pas une dose de café pour la machine pour le 1er matin , pas de produits de base (sel, poivre, sucre…..) je trouve pas très accueillant, malgré la bouteille de blanc laissé dans le frigo ;)

Wundervolles Haus für Familienferien

Pro: Wunderschöne Villa mit grosszügigem und schönem sowie wunderbar gepflegtem Garten. Toller Pool! Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe (mit dem Auto). Alles was das Ferien-Herz begehrt!

Contro: Der Jacuzzi hat zu Beginn nicht funktioniert und war auch nicht sauber. Zwar kamen während unseres Aufenthalts Personen vorbei, um das Problem zu beheben und wir haben dann auch auf den Schmutz aufmerksam gemacht, gereinigt wurde der Jacuzzi aber dennoch nicht. Nur der Gärtner hat unser Anliegen ernst genommen und den Jacuzzi versucht zu reinigen. Zudem wäre es wünschenswert, vorab eine kurze Nachricht zu erhalten, wenn jemand für irgendwelche Arbeiten am Haus vorbei kommen muss und man nicht plötzlich den Pool Boy im Garten stehen hat;)
