We had everything that we needed, our stay was so nice! Thank you very much for everything!

Pro: A very comfortable place for family and friends! The surroundings were beautiful and quiet, we had a great time to relax! Unfortunately it was too cold to take a bath, but the swimming pool was amazing (day&night). Our host Bernard was very nice and helpful every time we needed something. His mother is also such a nice person, thank you once again for every sweets that you brought us! We also got a big plate of fresh fruits and italian cookies , cornflakes and coffee!

Contro: In the bathroom it should be good to have some more possibilities to hang the towels. Otherwise, there is nothing that we disliked.

Will go back!

Perfect stay in an ideal villa!

Pro: We visited for my partner's birthday. The villa was absolutely perfect. Quiet, beautiful views and a relaxing and newly fitted swimming pool. Perfect size for relaxing and enjoying a quiet stay away from the busy resorts. Perfect check in, with Bernardo who is a kind and helpful host. A short drive from beautiful beaches....really is idyllic.

Contro: The villa was pretty perfect. No changes are needed aside from the WiFi was slightly poor some days. But aside from that no real issues.

Bernardo gave us a wonderful welcome and was super helpful. We loved every minute of the experience.

Pro: This amazing property just invites you to relax. It is really spacious, comfortable, and beautifully finished. The views are spectacular and having the pool is a huge bonus.

A nice villa ideal for large groups

Pro: Huge house on two floors perfect for large groups or even two families as the split level accomodation allows for privacy. The host was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Lovely view from the patio, nice rear patio for evening dinners and master bedroom upstairs enjoys the same view of the sea. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a generous amount of breakfast treats and a bottle of wine which was very kind.

Contro: The villa is one of a small group of villas clustered together and although the configuration gives you privacy you can still hear your neighbours, which makes the place quite noisy in the evenings and in the mornings due to people parking on the dirt road in front of the villa to head to the nearby beaches (unfortunately August is the busiest month in Sardinia). We couldn't enjoy the evening sunsets dining out in the patio due the high number of wasps that currently seem to be affecting the whole San Teodoro area. We waited until the sun went down to eat dinner outside.

Perfect holidays!

Pro: This spacious villa is located on the hill top of Capo Coda Cavallo. It has a wonderful view just as ut appears in the photo. I loved to be on the terrace every evening to see the sunset. The owner of the villa, Bernardo was very kind and brought things (a toaster, un extra pillow, a parasol) as soon as we asked for. We would love to come back to the villa if we visit Sardegna in the future.
