Pro: Very clean, specious , and had all necessary kitchen utilities.

Contro: The bed mattress can be renewed 😃

Lovely spacious villa in a good location with a great pool.

Pro: Met the very pleasant manager, Mariano, at the company's reception office and he escorted us by car to the villa. He gave us a full tour and detailed explanation of the property and useful local area information. Cleaning mat The villa was in a great location - good restaurants just over the road and easy walking into the town centre for more dining options and the evening street market. The very busy but beautiful La Cinta beach and the lagoon only around 20 minutes walk away but there is also a large car park. Boat hire available at the beach - probably our best ever holiday boating experience. We liked the swimming pool being all one depth - great for our teenage boys and family volleyball games.

Contro: Didn't realise that the property is actually semi-detached but this wasn't a problem - well for us anyway! The villa is in a residential area but luckily located on the end corner when driving in so better privacy in the garden than I expected but did experience some noise from the neighbours - the worst being one night of barking dogs.

Pro: Lovely villa, very spacious and clean. A previous review had said that additions of washing up liquid/sugar/basic essentials would be appreciated. Hosts listened and when we arrived there was water/coffee/sugar/soap/cleaning essentials and also nice towels for the pool/beach. Agency responsible were very responsive to our questions. Villa is an easy walk into the town centre and a short cycle or bus ride to the beach. Pool was not huge but was perfect for cooling off and fun for kids. Lots of outdoor space and seating areas. We'd love to return.

Pro: Villa is very big! even for 6 people plentyofspaceoutside. Everything clean and fully functional. Good location, very quiet area. Relatively close to beautiful beaches.

Contro: Unfortunately weather wasn't great.

Pro: Villa is located in a perfect position close by different beaches and walking distance from center of San Teodoro. House is airy, spacious, extremely well equipped, lots of outdoor space to enjoy and lovely views

Tolle Villa mit super Pool in der nähe vom Stadtzentrum

Pro: Sehr zufrieden mit dem Check in und der Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter. Wir haben jederzeit bei Fragen sofort eine Antwort erhalten. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sauber und es hat genügend Platz vorhanden(ideal für 6 Personen). Der Garten und Pool sehr gut gepflegt. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Nahe Stadtzentrum aber doch eine ruhige Wohngegend.

Contro: Der einzige Punkte der noch etwas optimiert werden könnte sind grössere Duschen in den Badezimmer. Aber alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Herbstferien mit Sommerfeeling in einer ruhigen Villa.

Pro: Lage ist sehr ruhig, ausser die Nachbarshunde welche ständig bellten in der Nacht waren etwas störend.

Contro: Das Pool ist leider nicht beheizt und war zu kalt. Die Betten sind im unteren Stock durchgelegen.
