Pro: My time at Jimy house was nothing short of wonderful. The room and shared area were one of the cleanest I have experienced during travelling, added bonus you have your own bathroom. The kitchen space has everything you would need and room for food storage. The location is in walking distance to supermarkets, bus stops and the more tourist old town of olbia. It was lovely meeting other guests, but if you prefer solitude the place also allows for that. Mauro was an absolutely lovely host full of recommendations. He even took me sightseeing on his day off which was so appreciated!! Thank you Mauro :)

Pro: Clean and comfortable room in a nice area, close to the city center and buss/ train communication. Easy check in with clear instructions provided. But the most important thing is hospitality of our host, Mauro, which made our stay really amasing. His attention and personal service is exeptional. We felt welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend this apartment.

Pro: Great place, Muaro, the host is very nice and friendly. The location is 9 min walk from the city center, common kitchen place is very helpful for preparing a quick meal. Fully recommend it

Perfect place!

Pro: Mauro's hospitality is amazing! The location is perfect,close to everything you may need,shops,restaurants,public transport; it's easy to reach with Google maps; Check in and Check out were very easy and fast.The room and the kitchen were very clean and had all the facilities you need. I can't thank enough for the amazing hospitality and the warm welcome me and my son had!!

Pro: We stayed at Jimy House for one week and had a very nice time. The host, Mauro, was very attentive to detail and provided exceptional personal service during our stay. The property is a traditional city centre apartment comprising three bedrooms plus a shared kitchen/diner/living room. It was refurbished in 2024 to a high standard: full fitted kitchen inc microwave oven, induction hob, coffee maker (coffee pods provided), toastie maker, kettle, iron & ironing board, good secure doors and locks. Each room has double glazing, fitted mosquito nets, modern shutters (perfect blackout for sleeping), luxury en suite bathroom, comfy bed, air conditioning, TV with Amazon prime. It was very peaceful and a superb location, very central, bus stops just round the corner going to town (5 minutes), beaches (30-40 minutes) and airport (12 minutes). Also 5 minute walk to train station and 10 minutes walk to supermarket, main shopping street, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc.
