Pro: Vicinanza al Centro Storico e al Porto, in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva nei maggiori punti di interesse, la camera è piccolina, al piano terra adiacente al giardino, ma pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort, condizionatore, phon, WiFi, il letto era molto comodo, la colazione non era inclusa ma la Signora Daniela che ci ha accolti, ci ha fatto trovare un kit di benvenuto che comprendeva merendine, caffè, succhi di frutta e acqua, inoltre è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Contro: Giardino poco curato, e utilizzato solo come punto di passaggio, ma vista la stagione non abbiamo usufruito degli arredi esterni

Pro: Comunicazione con l'host efficace e tempestiva (molto disponibile per check in e check out), la camera e il bagno sono grandi, puliti e arredati con gusto. Inoltre a disposizione ci sono snack, acqua e macchinetta del caffè. La posizione è ottima e si riesce a raggiungere a piedi il centro di olbia e il lungomare. Parcheggio facilmente reperibile nei pressi della struttura.

Contro: piccolissime migliorie (phon poco funzionante e un rotolo in più di carta igienica)

Un piacevole soggiorno a Olbia

Pro: La disponibilità e la cortesia di Daniela. Letto comodo. Stanza pulita e posizione centrale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La disponibilità di alcuni servizi quali frigo e freezer. Per soggiornare ad Olbia questo è sicuramente il miglior modo.

Pro: Posizione della struttura vicino al centro e parcheggio libero gratis nei dintorni. Molto ben arredata e curata anche la camera con stile classico.

Perfect stay!

Pro: A wonderful stay, very clean and Daniela is a fantastic and kind host. We stayed for 5 days 4 nights, very central to Olbia with a bakery and shop across the road that is very handy. We had rented a car for the 5 days with worry the parking was going to be an issue as it was July into August time (Very Busy Time) but it wasn’t a problem at all. There’s cheap paid parking out the front you can pay with the MooneyGo App. I would 100% recommend this stay.

Lovely Sardinian retreat in the city of Olbia.

Pro: Old Italian charm with contemporary additions. The location was great and the host lovely and super helpful. The room was lovely and had a view of the garden. The garden was lovely to sit in and escape the heat under the trees. 2 minute walk to the river front and 5 onto the Main Street. Close to the bust stop for the beaches and airport too.

Contro: The pillows were foam which for me was ok but the hubby struggled. Maybe just an alternative filling for one would be good.

Pro: Really cozy B&B. It's super close to everything including buses to the beaches, supermarket and around the corner there are some good restaurants. Hostes was super welcoming and friendly. Where really helpful for giving good advices from a local perspective.

Clean, comfortable and a good and location

Pro: The property was clean and comfortable and the garden area was a real bonus. We were a group of five and enjoyed sitting in the garden having drinks and snacks. Daniela met use us on arrival and was always available for help and advice throughout our stay.
