Soggiorno a Torpè, dalle grandi potenzialità

Pro: La casa è grande ed è esattamente come nelle foto, molto bella ed accogliente. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere facilmente tutte le più belle spiagge della zona. Judy ed Efisio sono stati molto gentili.

Contro: Una volta arrivati, abbiamo notato che la casa non disponeva di gelosie o persiane alle finestre per riparare gli ambienti dalla luce, solo sottili tende, nonostante le case circostanti ne fossero provviste. Abbiamo chiesto delle tende oscuranti, che ci sono state gentilmente consegnate nel giro di un paio di giorni, ma purtroppo non sono risultate particolarmente efficaci nel bloccare la luce a causa della loro scarsa qualità. Anche la qualità della biancheria da letto e degli asciugamani non era un granché (le lenzuola sembravano nuove in alcune stanze ma mai lavate prima, e in altre riciclate da vecchie case, asciugamani inutilizzabili finché non lavati, lasciavano pelucchi su tutto il corpo e sui vestiti. Anche loro sembravano nuovi ma mai lavati prima di essere messi a disposizione), e i materassi erano privi di coprimaterasso, il che ci è sembrato poco igienico, si vedevano chiaramente le macchie sotto. Dal punto di vista della dotazione in cucina, qualche utensile in più sarebbe stato utile: eravamo in cinque, con solo cinque cucchiaini e una padella inutilizzabile a causa del fondo rovinato. Abbiamo chiesto una padella aggiuntiva e ci è stata fornita, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato. Il terrazzo purtroppo non era utilizzabile sin da subito(non è stato pulito prima del nostro arrivo), in quanto pieno di escrementi di rondine, così come lo stendino, che abbiamo dovuto pulire accuratamente prima di utilizzarlo. Contrariamente a quanto indicato nella descrizione, non erano presenti né prodotti per la pulizia della casa né carta igienica, il che ha reso l’accoglienza iniziale un po’ meno piacevole. I prodotti da bagno pieni di polvere e vecchi. Anche il ferro da stiro mancava. Inoltre, dal piatto doccia del bagno al primo piano fuoriusciva dell’acqua durante l’uso. Segnaliamo anche che l’appartamento non è ben insonorizzato: al mattino presto si sentono chiaramente le campane, così come il rumore del motore del condizionatore all’ultimo piano.

Nice stay, a large, clean house

Pro: It was a very spacious place, 3 floors and 2 bathrooms. Everything was clean and nice. I recommend the place. There is free parking in front of the house and the house has a nice terrace in the last floor. It is perfect for a bigger family or 2 families. The location of the place is close to all nice beaches in Sardinia, we loved our stay!

Contro: They asked us to clean the garbage in the house, but it wasn’t a big problem for us. They provided only 2 toilet paper rolls

Pro: Torpe is a nice place to stay. the apartment was quite new well equipped and clean.

Contro: WiFi was not working at all during our stay.

Nice place for short and longterm stay for couples, families and groups

Pro: We had a fantastic stay at this lovely, three-level apartment. The house is beautifully decorated, with comfortable mattresses and pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking at home, and the two bathrooms are convenient for a group. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. The place was spotless, and we loved the magnificent view from the balcony. Torpè itself is charming (not touristic), with a few local bars nearby and delicious pizza just around the corner. There’s also a butcher a street away where you can get high-quality meat, and they can even cook it for you. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this place! PS. Go for a 2-3 hours hiking to Monte nurres which you can also enjoy from the balcony :)

Pro: Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, die Kommunikation war nett und unkompliziert. Im November hätten wir uns etwas wärmere Decken gewünscht, sonst alles top!

Pro: La casa estaba muy limpia habitaciones amplias camas comodísimas no le faltaba de nada. Decorada con mucho estilo y muchos detalles. Es tal cual se muestra en las fotos de la paguna.La anfitriona super amable. Recomendable 100%. A 5 minutos de playas espectaculares

Excellent, a great option for its value!

Pro: New and modern furniture, nice terrace with a view, fully-equipped kitchen — this house has everything you need. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The house is fully renovated and has a lot of parking space nearby. Picturesque beaches south of Olbia are easily accessed by car, it’s a 30-40 minute drive. Marco is a hospitable and polite host, he kindly explained everything we asked and was always in touch. Can’t recommend it enough, we were really delighted to live here.
