Pro: Villa con ampio giardino dove passare le serate, pulizia eccellente, posizione strategica vicino al mare raggiungibile anche a piedi e a circa 200 metri dal supermercato. I signori all’accoglienza molto gentili.
Contro: Assenza dell’aria condizionata però ci è stato comunicato che è in programma per l’anno prossimo.

Incantevole villa vicino al mare
Pro: La casa è bellissima e siamo stati calorosamente accolti dalla property manager al nostro arrivo. La casa è in un’ottima posizione e zona tranquilla vicino ad una spiaggia incantevole che si può raggiungere comodamente a piedi. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario e ci sono supermercati e attività vicine. Molto spazioso anche lo spazio in giardino! Sicuramente raccomandata! Grazie mille Eleonora per l’ospitalità e l’accoglienza!

Pro: Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze estive a Casa Miele lo scorso luglio. L’accoglienza nella proprietà è stata molto cordiale. L’appartamento è risultato propriamente adatto per la nostra famiglia con trei bambini. La cucina è fornita di tutti gli utensili di cui si ha bisogno. I servizi sanitari sono nuovi e funzionali. La lavatrice, anche se di dimensioni ridotte, è sufficientemente capiente. Anche lo spazio esterno è ampio e piacevolmente arredato. La spiaggia più vicina è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 7 minuti (500m). Numerose sono le bellissime spiagge limitrofe raggiungibili in 15-20 minuti di macchina. Nonostante la strada statale sia nelle vicinanze della proprietà, il villaggio turistico di “S’Ena e Sa Chitta” si è rivelato essere tranquillo e abbastanza silenzioso, sia di giorno che di notte. La comunicazione con i proprietari e la loro disponibilità sono state impeccabili.

Pro: We had a fantastic stay at Casa Miele! The house is spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every amenity you might need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and everything else to make your stay comfortable. Everything is well-kept and in excellent condition. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with fresh fruit and cold beverages by the kind property managers—a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. The outdoor area is equally delightful, with a large garden that features lounging areas, sun beds, and a BBQ, perfect for relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. A special thanks to Eleonora and Michele, the owners, who were always available, easy to reach, and particularly attentive to every detail. They were incredibly responsive to any questions or requests, making our experience even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and highly recommend Casa Miele to anyone looking for a serene and well-cared-for retreat in Sardinia.

The place to stay at when in Sardegna
Pro: This was one of the best places my partner and I ever stayed at. We brought our mums and we all agreed that Casa Miele is extraordinary. The size of the rooms, the equipment (you truly have everything you need here, including beach chairs and sunshade), the outside space with a grill and several lounging areas, the peaceful location and friendly managers... everything was perfect. We've been recommending it to our friends ever since. :) If you are considering it, go.

Super Lage sowohl zum Strand als auch zum nächste Restaurant.
Pro: Viel Platz im Außenbereich, im Haus alles sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war hilfsbereit. Super Urlaub für uns alle.
Contro: Eine Klimaanlage im Haus wäre eine Freund für uns gewesen.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus
Pro: Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und bekamen eine kurze Einweisung/Führung. Das ganze Ferienhaus war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Der Außenbereich war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Von der Terrasse aus ist das Meer zu sehen Und ein wunderschöner Strand ist fußläufig innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Eleonora, die Gastgeberin, war für uns stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und engagiert.

Pro: Lage sehr ruhig und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von wunderschönem Strand entfernt. Sauberkeit und die schöne, große Außenanlage waren top.
Contro: Die Matratzen waren etwas hart für unseren Geschmack.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pro: Eleonora ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sehr schönes sauberes Haus , gepflegte Anlage. Der Sandstrand ist in 20 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Contro: Es gibt im Haus keine Klimaanlage. Es gibt zwar einen Ventilator, aber für 3 Schlafzimmer ist es arg wenig. Der zweite Punkt war die Toilette: die Tür lässt sich nur schwer und laut öffnen und schließen, der Toilettensitz springt immer aus der Halterung. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, aber störend wenn das Haus mit mehreren Personen bezogen wird.
