Pro: When we arrived, we were completely surprised everything was perfect!!!! Spacious yard, barbecue, quiet area 🌿 Well equipped with washing machines and all the essentials. Highly recommended!!!! 👍

Pro: We had a comfortable 3 nights stay in this modern, new and very clean apartment. It has a private parking and impressingly a shower area in the garden which even has a warm water. It has a total of 3 airconditions inside! a washing machine and a well-functioning kitchen exhaust vent. It has almost all what you need for a good stay. The apartment is a few minutes drive to the beach, supermarket and town center. The friendly host speaks english very well, he gave us some tips where to go and what to do around the area. When we had a small issue with the airconditon, he came promptly to help us and fixed the problem in no time.
Contro: This place does not have a street number, it could be easily located if there is atleast a signage on the street that points to the direction of the apartment. We’ve been to many apartments (even cheaper ones) and this is the only one we’ve been to that no dishwasher tabs/pods ready for renters. I think it would be appreciated by guests if they dont have to buy a whole box which has 40pcs inside by just needing only one or 2 pcs of tabs.

If you are looking for high standards of accommodation with good parking. This is the place for you.
Pro: Peace and quietness, away from the town. However, only a ten minute drive to the centre of San Teodoro. The owners were fantastic. Fluent in multiple languages, they speak English at native speaker level.
Contro: The fact we had to leave when our trip was over. The property was perfect.

Quite location, very clean, modern furnishings, everything available that you need.Matteo is great.
Pro: The nearest town is San Teodoro with many bars and restaurants. With car 5 minutes. The property is quite, close to all the major beaches-La Cinta and Brandinchi. There’s a private garden where you can rest among the olive trees. Everything was perfect. Cande and Matteo are fantastic young people. Matteo gave us lots of useful tips. Would recommend to stay there. Thanks a lot!

Im Summe ein tolles Haus im Hinterland. Dennoch in der Nähe von Stadt und Strand
Pro: Neu, modern, Klimaanlage, WLAN, Spülmaschine, Garten, Aussendusche, sehr netter Vermieter
Contro: Kleine Kleiderschränke mit schlechter Aufteilung. Keine Einlegeböden. Parkplatzsituation… mit großem SUV kann es eng und knapp werden…

Pro: Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit grossem Garten und Aussendusche mit Warmwasser. Zwei Badezimmer, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Holzkohle-Grill und top ausgestattete Küche. Auch Sonnenschirme für den Strand waren vorhanden. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Pro: Wir hatten das linke, kleinere Häuschen: tolle, moderne Küche, schönes Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer und ein netter kleiner Garten mit Gartendusche. Dank Klimaanlage konnten wir trotz der Hitze super schlafen. Alles an Ausstattung da, was man benötigt. Sehr netter Gastgeber.
Contro: Das ist kein Kritikpunkt, nur eine Anmerkung. Um ins Zentrum von San Teodoro zu kommen, sollte man ein Fahrzeug haben, Entfernung ca. 4 km
