Piacevole sorpresa

Pro: Abbiamo optato per questo appartamento in una situazione di emergenza avendo avuto una brutta sorpresa all'arrivo con la prenotazione di un altro appartamento. Andrea, il proprietario, si è subito dimostrato persona cordialissima e pronto ad aiutarci sotto ogni aspetto. La sua casa è ina una posizione ottimale a tutti i servizi di San Teodoro ed alle spiagge più famose del circondario. Si trova in un contesto tranquillo, pulito e nonostante sia a due passi dal centro che è sempre vivo e rumoroso di notte si dorme benissimo.

Pro: Posizione riservata ma assolutamente vicina al centro di San Teodoro. Struttura curata, accogliente e ricca di ogni opportunità.. Il proprietario gentilissimo è disponibile per ogni esigenza, attraverso booking. Veramente oltre le più rosee aspettative.

Pro: Molto pulita ed accogliente. Vicina a tutto, spiaggia, centro e market. Anche se vicini al centro, la sera è molto tranquillo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Lovely vacation home

Pro: The owner very quickly responded to questions. Provided linens, towels, a bottle of water toilet paper for arrival. The house was very clean, had all the basic kitchen needs (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, bowls, fridge, stove, oven), a sofa, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and drying racks. Air conditioner worked great, beds were good, and lots of closet space. The location is amazing. So close to the lively town centre (restaurants, shops, market, gelato, game room, bars)and a 5-minute drive or 35-minute walk to the beautiful La Cinta beach. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. The area has a very good bus system if you don't have a car.

Contro: The door is tricky to open and lock compared to North America doors.

Pro: Emplacement proche de toutes les commodités . Maison fonctionnelle , tout est fait pour bien accueillir les invités. Un grand merci à Andréa pour sa réactivité, sa gentillesse et nos très bons échanges. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Excellent host, perfect location, well equipped house.

Pro: The location was perfect. Very close to the centro bar, gelato, and a variety of restaurants and stores, including a market.

Contro: Maybe slightly better graphics or photos of how to find the driveway. The tree has since been cut down in the one photo making it confusing.

Es war ein super schöner Urlaub für uns. Es kaum in Worte zu fassen, man muss es erleben 🏖️☀️🐚🏝️

Pro: Wir haben in einer guten Lage ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus gefunden. Sowohl das Zentrum von San Antonio, als auch der Strand sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr bemüht den Gästen einen angenehmen Urlaub zu bereiten.
