A Jewel of a house on a diamond of an Island

Pro: The Location of Claude&Kate's dream house is exceptional. Whether it was breakfast, lunch or just a coffee break we sat outside every day and soaked up the exceptional view over the bay of Porto San Paolo and the La Tavolara island. Beautiful simply Beautiful

Contro: The car parking space is a little tight but manageable. We had a middle sized SUV with us and sometimes the maneuvring was a touch difficult BUT it was doable.

A beautiful stay at the end of our Sardinian Adventure

Pro: Excellent location with the most beautiful view. A short drive into town and close to many wonderful beaches. The kitchen is well stocked with all amenities , cooking utensils , crockery and electrical equipment . A good washing machine. Parking for 1 car in front of the house. Good communication with the host with suggestions of restaurants , beaches and activities nearby . A short drive to the Costa Smerelda Airport in Olbia - so a good base to use at either the start or end of your holiday .

Contro: The 3rd bedroom is more suitable for children as it has bunkbeds. Although totally separate and there is no interaction, overlap or communal use of any space - the upper level of the house is shared with another local family .

Un ESPECTÁCULO

Pro: Fue una experiencia INCREÍBLE, no podría decir nada malo de la estancia, no falta un detalle , te hace sentir como si estuvieras en tu propia casa , las vistas son espectaculares, tiene un amanecer súper bonito , está cerca de playas muy bonitas y de comercios , la casera es muy amable, comunicativa y te da todos los detalles sobre tu viaje , sin duda volveria a repetir!! Confianza 100% , no durar en ningún momento en alojarse en esta espectacular casa !

Contro: Por decir algo, el tema de la basura que hay que seguir un horario para que puedan recoger la basura que dejes y reciclar rigurosamente , pero la casera lo explico todo correctamente

Pro: Ubytování Claude&Kates bylo to nejlepší a nejhezčí ubytovaní co jsem na svých cestách a že jich bylo velmi mnoho kdy měla. Tohle Ubytování kdyby šlo dala bych víc než desítku, dala bych klidně i 100 .V tomto Ubytování nechybí absolutně nic ,ale opravdu nic .Kdybych měla vyjmenovat co vše tam bylo ve vybavení tak bych tady napsala knihu. Ubytování je navíc nádherné stylové a vše promyšlené do detailu. Postele jsou pohodlné, jsou 3 ložnice po dvou lůžkách, všechny pohodlné. V kuchyni nechybí absolutně nic ,vše tam je .Je tam i sůl, cukr i tmavý, oleje, koření, čaje, kafe...hostitelská i nachystala malé přivítání. Je tam spoustu herní, aktivit ,dvě televizi, pohodlná sedací souprava. A především NÁDHERNÝ výhled. Není nic co bych chtěla dát do záporného hodnocení. Má své parkoviště na auto.

Pro: Tolles Haus, wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf Meer und den Tavolara Grosszügiger Grundriss toll ausgestattete Küche, wunderschöner gepflegter Garten mit Liegestühlen

Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub.

Pro: Der Ausblick ist Spitzenmässig.Haus ist perfekt. Alles vorhanden , wirklich alles was man braucht.Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Garten ist Top. Sehr sehr nette Vermieter, die immer erreichbar sind und auch Tips für die Lokalitäten vor Ort geben , die dann auch zutreffend sind. Top* Ach ja Willkommens Überraschung war auch noch Vorort.(Mehr wird nicht verraten) Alles im allen „Sehr sehr Empfehlenswert „ .Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Contro: Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einer einmaligen Aussicht!

Pro: Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig schön! Die Terrasse ist wunderbar! Das Doppelbett im Hauptschlafzimmer war toll, mit einem weichen Topper. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Es wurde einmal eine Party gefeiert, diese wurde von uns aber nicht als störend empfunden, da noch vor Mitternacht wieder Ruhe herrschte. Die Gastgeber haben tolle Tipps gegeben und waren über WhatsApp stets erreichbar. Der Fernseher hatte Smart-TV, was bei den Kindern super ankam!

Contro: Der Müll wird vor dem Haus abgeholt, was sehr praktisch ist. Es gibt einen Abholplan dafür. Leider haben wir den Abholtermin fürs Papier verpasst und mussten diesen bei der Abreise selbst entsorgen. Das kannten wir bisher in der Form nicht. Ansonsten war alles TOP!
