Casa storica ristrutturata ed arredata con gusto

Pro: Si tratta di casa in vecchio edificio nel centro storico del paese. Ristrutturato di recente con molto gusto e con tutti i confort. La cucina, dotata di tutti gli accessori, preserva elementi di una vecchia casa di campagna (camino, forno etc.) ed e' separata dalla zona notte da un piccolo ballatoio godibile nella bella stagione. Stanze da letto e bagno comode ed arredate con gusto.

Pro: The style, location, views (the mountain is just there!!!) and layout were all fantastic and our face to face welcome with Giuseppe was excellent.

Pro: Extremely nice and friendly Owner, very nicely refurbished old house. Easy and problem-free communication with the owner.

Contro: Poor water pressure, but it is a problem of the town, not the property.

Pro: Charming, authentic and well maintained property. Charming host that makes an effort to make sure that you have a nice stay.

Pro: Our hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The town is beautiful and not touristy at all. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and was comfortable.

Our favourite accommodation in Sardinia, so much history, beauty and care is in this amazing house.

Pro: The building is amazing, an open courtyard with beautifully restored rooms leading off it. So much history, character and care, it was a privilege to stay here. Marchella was so welcoming and genuine with her hospitality and her son explained all the workings of the house. A perfect combination.

Warm and friendly. Oh, and the laundry facilities were terrific.

Pro: Our host, Marcella, was friendly and accommodating. She went the extra mile to find us a cooking class at a local home restaurant, Mr. Vincenze's home restaurant. The experience was absolutely fantastic. Please, if you are going to Oliena, and if you are interested in cooking, we highly recommend both Marcella's apartment and the cooking class. Be prepared to spend all day!

Contro: Maybe a comfortable sofa in the kitchen area.
