Very pleasant stay

Pro: The property was beautifully maintained, spacious, and very comfortable throughout. The pool was a real highlight and the air-conditioning was excellent. Pierpaola, the property manager, was helpful and always available on WhatsApp. The view was amazing and the location was private. Overall, the villa exceeded our expectations and provided an excellent base for our trip.

Contro: The sunbeds around the pool were not particularly comfortable and most of the umbrellas were broken. In addition, the villa’s location, while peaceful and private, was just a little too far away from shops, restaurants, and other amenities, meaning a car was essential for getting around - but that is completely normal for Sardinia and a welcome trade off for the view.

Pro: This villa is excellent, some of the photos don't quite do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised with the interior fitout being much nicer than we expected. It was a truly relaxing place to spend 4 days.

Wonderful villa with a beautiful pool

Pro: Fantastic views of the bay perfect pool for the children Excellent facilities including indoor and outside dining areas with a gas barbecue Good living room for the children with a big TV and a nice lounging area outside which the grown ups like very much

Contro: The bedrooms upstairs were too small for a family of four and with just one AC between three rooms it was hot

Beautiful Villa

Pro: This property exceeded our expectations. The views from the pool are out of this world and the property is fantastic with all the facilities you could need. The owners and caretaker went above and beyond for us. 10/10 would recommend.

Contro: We didn't dislike anything! The property is located outside of Olbia so I would recommend renting a car or a bike just for ease.

Anbefales! Mindre mangler lar seg enkelt rette på.

Pro: Flott hus, hage og basseng. Romslig og med alt nødvendig kjøkkenutstyr, håndklær osv. Nydelig utsikt. Fredelig område.

Contro: Kunne med fordel vært noe skriftlig informasjon på engelsk i huset, f.eks. med praktisk info, anbefalte restauranter i området, tlf.nr til taxi osv. Utemøbler i øverste etg. noe slitt. De og puter kunne vært vasket og beskyttet mot fugleskitt mv. Lå igjen gammelt brød fra tidligere gjester bak mikrobølgeovn og i kjøkkenskap.
