Bellissimo soggiorno , appartamento ottimo, proprietari gentili e sempre disponibili

Pro: Bellissimo fare colazione in terrazza , sole al mattino dalle 7, già molto caldo , forse metterei delle tende in terrazza

Contro: Cuscini letto troppo alti , ma è un giudizio mio personale in base alle mie abitudini

Pro: L'alloggio si trova in zona tranquilla non distante dalla marina. Spiagge con acque cristalline. Il paese ha tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza senza stress e comunque non dista molto da Olbia oppure da Porto S. Paolo

Contro: Nella cucina metterei delle tende oscuranti o comunque più coprenti perché al mattino il sole entra davvero prepotente. I cuscini del letto erano un pò troppo alti. Aggiungerei in cucina altri utensili o accessori (es. padelle).

Great apartment for couple or small family. Close to lovely beach

Pro: Excellent small apartment in quiet area close to the beach and only 10 mins from Olbia , Lidl supermarket etc . The apartment has a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. The place was clean and quiet . Air conditioning was grew and there is a lovely patio area that gets the early morning sunshine . The owner was great and her communication was very good . Happy to recommend and we would Stay here again without hesitation .

Contro: Nothing negative to feedback

Pro: Very good location (10 mins from the beach), contact with the host (very helpful, very responsive, respond in few minutes and was happy to answer every question, even when it wasn't about the property). Very clean.

Contro: Nothing.

Well worth it!

Pro: Brilliant stay. The host was accessible by WhatsApp if I needed anything. Great value for money and a lovely outdoor spot. Utensils and little bits of coffee, sugar etc available in the kitchen. 2 sets of towels as well!

Pro: Sabina is a great host—very attentive and quick to respond. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The amenities are exceptional, including an umbrella and beach tennis equipment. The surrounding area is safe and quiet.

Contro: There's really nothing to complain about.

Pro: Easy to find, nice and clean. Views were lovely from balcony.

Pro: Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Murta Maria, dans l’appartement Valerio House. L’appartement est très propre, bien agencé et bien équipé, avec une jolie petite terrasse très agréable. La communication avec la propriétaire a été parfaite fluide, rapide et très conviviale. Tout était impeccable, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Gute Lage, gerne wieder!

Pro: Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend von Murta Maria. Die Wohnung hat eine große Terrasse mit traumhaften Blick in die Natur. Der Check-in erfolgte problemlos über Schlüsselbox und einer Anleitung. Zum schönen und nicht überlaufenen Strand Marina Maria sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß.(Sonnenschirm für den Strand ist vorhanden) Der Kontakt über WhatsApp mit der Gastgeberin Sabina war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig.

Contro: Einige Küchenutensilien und die Tischdecke müssten mal erneuert werden, sowie ein paar Weingläser wären schön! Im Schlafzimmer fehlen Nachttischlampen!

Prima basis dicht bij Olbia

Pro: Het uitzicht is mooi, niet duidelijk dat er geen tuin is om in te zitten wel een terras en het was fantastisch dat we eerder in het appartement mochten en langer blijven ivm late vertrek van de boot

Contro: De zee is echt verder weg dan op booking staat vermeld het is ruim een kwartier lopen. Verder is het appartement erg gehorig, je zit dicht op elkaar waardoor je in je rookvrije appartement mee geniet met de buren en iets meer sfeerverlichting zou niet overbodig zijn.
