Great locations, clear and cleaned beaches. Apartment is modernized. Pricy, even for high season!

Pro: The location is really great. It sits in a serie of apartments that have been completely renewed with modern taste. Beaches are 10 minutes walkings nearby. Very easy accommodation and pleasant for small families with 1-2 children. The beaches are clean below and the days can be paced by staying on the beach or easily returning to the apt for a nap. The apartment has everything that's needed to cook, a great terrace, and great exterior room with a table that can host until 6 persons for dinner. The location lies perfectly between Olbia and Golfo Aranci. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Car is definitely a must have in that zone if you intend to discover places. Secure place.

Contro: The apartment had a few broken things, but nothing that would impeach its functionality. The kitchen is missing basic supplies like good knives and other essentials. It's important for families who like cooking. Hiring a cleaning lady once a week would be a minimum for the price paid during the high season. A pack of water set in the fridge on arrival with a good bottle of Vermentino would be welcoming :) We see this feature a lot.
