BUONA LA PRIMA

Pro: Personale gentilissimo, check in e out velocissimi, casa pulita dotata di tutti i comfort, posizione strategica, vista mozzafiato, posto molto tranquillo per chi ama rilassarsi, parcheggio con posto assegnato con cancello, eletteodomestici nuovi e funzionanti perfettamente.

Contro: Bisognerebbe aggiungere le zanzariere e cambiare il materasso del letto che è stata l'unica parte MOLTO DOLENTE.

Pro: Il posto è bellissimo , Le Case del Golfo offrono una vista su isola Figarolo e Tavolara mozzafiato , gli alloggi sono curati e molto vivibili . Da ripetere .

Vacanza relax

Pro: Bellissimo panorama dalla terrazza, su cui risulta piacevole trascorrere del tempo anche per pranzo e cena. Area soggiorno ampia, cucina piccolina ma con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Ottima la presenza della lavastoviglie e della lavatrice. Letto comodo. Posto auto riservato.

Contro: Per andare in centro paese è necessaria l’auto. Macchina del caffè senza cialde, penso potrebbe essere una buona idea fornire all’ospite qualche cialda almeno per la 1a colazione in struttura. Nessun cambio di asciugamani neppure per soggiorni più lunghi. La casa è molto bella e curata ma con qualche piccola accortezza in più il confort e quindi il punteggio potrebbero salire ulteriormente.

Pro: The apartment was clean and well-equipped — it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s a small beach nearby, which is very convenient. However, renting a sun umbrella with two loungers costs between €50 and €80. The nearest grocery store is quite far, and the selection there is limited. On the bright side, the staff was absolutely great — very responsive and quick to assist with any requests. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Pro: All furniture, fixtures and fittings were of the highest quality, including excellent beds, showers and almost silent aircon. There was an abundance of crockery, pans, glasses etc so eating in was a real pleasure. The balcony is really super and the bonus of an electronic awning meant it was great to sit there anytime. The close-by beach meant you could pop down on foot for a short swim or sunbath at anytime. Exploring the nearby area, harbours and beaches by car is also well worth it. Thank you for your attention to detail.

Contro: Nothing, very high standard. It would be even more perfect with a beach parasol that could be carried down for much needed shade, that would be enough without chairs as the sand is beautiful. Also, refillable olive oil, balsamic and salt would be a welcome bonus.

Pro: House is wonderful, very comfortable, well equipped, very comfortable mattress. 5 min walk to a really lovely beach.

Peace and quiet and lovely outlook

Pro: Well equipped, lovely outlook, very peaceful at the end of a cul de sac, and close to small beach. Buy groceries at Lidl, not far from the airport, as no basics are provided. Staff at office were very helpful and responsive.

Contro: Needed to buy an adaptor at an excessive price, so take adaptors for Italian 3 pin plugs. Car needed to get to most restaurants in town. Oldish flatscreen TV with Italian channels.

Pro: Fantastic view from an apartment’s balcony. Close to beach around 5 min walk where you can rent sunbeds. Stylish details in interior

Contro: When we arrived WiFI doesn’t work. Managers of a rental agency gave other router after several days.
