Un soggiorno meraviglioso in una posizione da sogno, con un host gentile e disponibile.

Pro: La posizione dell’appartamento è semplicemente da sogno! Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. L’appartamento è ben arredato, spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario. La vista è meravigliosa, davvero mozzafiato. Il percorso per raggiungere la spiaggia è breve e la spiaggia stessa è perfetta sia per i bambini piccoli che per gli adulti che vogliono rilassarsi.

Contro: L’unica cosa da migliorare sarebbe la pulizia: l’appartamento potrebbe essere un po’ più pulito, anche se è possibile sistemare facilmente da soli, dato che tutto il necessario per le pulizie è disponibile. Sarebbe inoltre molto comodo avere a disposizione dell’attrezzatura da spiaggia, come un ombrellone o uno sdraio. Noi eravamo fuori stagione e non era possibile noleggiare ombrelloni sul posto, ma per fortuna avevamo il nostro.

Beautiful house in perfect location, very close to the sea

Pro: Beautiful house nearby the sea and beach, spacious with three sleeping rooms. The terrasse has a great view towards the sea. Comfortable beds.

Contro: The third sleeping room had a strange smell, and we missed some items in the house we considered important (although for example the kitchen is very well equipped). But those were only a minor inconvenience, overall it’s a great place.

Perfect spot for a holiday with friends or family!

Pro: We had an amazing stay at A 30 metri dal mare in Golfo Aranci. The location is fantastic—just steps away from the beautiful Quinta Beach, with crystal-clear water and a peaceful vibe. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a group of friends. Antonio, our host, was incredibly helpful every day—always available and ready to assist with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We’d definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Pro: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this flat! The owner was incredibly nice and proactive, ensuring everything was perfect for our visit. The location couldn’t have been better—it allowed us to easily access both sides of the sea depending on the wind conditions, and the view was simply splendid. The flat was extremely clean, and there were excellent shops nearby, making everything very convenient. This place is ideal for big families and is truly the best spot to enjoy a relaxing holiday. We highly recommend it 100%! Grazie Antonio!

Relaxing holiday close to the beach

Pro: The property has a beautiful sea view from the terrace, perfect for breakfast in the morning or a drink at night. The nearest beach is only 2 mins walk away. The area is very quiet which makes for a relaxing holiday. There is a self contained bedroom with its own entrance and bathroom downstairs, perfect for teenagers or a couple who wants a bit more privacy.

Contro: It’s a bit of a walk (20 mins) in to the centre of town.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Pro: Wunderbare Lage. Parkplatz direkt vor der Gartentür. Zum kleinen, gepflegten Srand nur 2 Minuten Fußweg. Sehr ruhig & authentisch. Antonio war immer sehr hilfsbereit und hat bei Nachfragen alles geregelt. Die große Terrasse hat genügend Sitzgelegenheiten, Markisen und man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den Ort (20 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben uns auch sehr sicher gefühlt.

Contro: Einziger Minuspunkt: Das WLAN funktioniert nicht zuverlässig, aber mobile Daten einwandfrei.

Pro: Super schöne Lage, großzügige Platzverhältnisse und sehr gute Ausstattung.

Contro: Ab und zu etwas lärmig, Baustellen in der Nähe.

Super Familienunterkunft mit Wahnsinns Blick.

Pro: Große Unterkunft für bis zu 8 Personen. Waren insgesamt 3 Familien in unterschiedlichen Unterkünften und haben jeden Morgen auf der großen Terrasse mit Meerblick gefrühstückt. Super Kommunikation mit dem vermieter. Jederzeit wieder.

Contro: Eine Kaffeemaschine oder ein Wasserkocher wäre wünschenswert gewesen.
