Pro: La casa e nuova . Ma all’arrivo era già perfettamente pulita, pronta all’uso! Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, molto amichevole!

Pro: Appartamento di dimensioni comode per 4 persone, accessoriato, con un bel terrazzino coperto in cui consumare i pasti e da cui si vede il mare. Comodo il parcheggio in strada sempre disponibile. In zona tranquilla, lontano dal centro (raggiungibile a piedi in 15-20 minuti e in auto in 5). Da consigliare

Alloggio confortevole e ben curato, costruzione recente con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa
Pro: Appartamento pulito, completo e con bellissima terrazza.
Contro: Un po' distante dal centro, ma di contro molto silenzioso e tranquillo

Bellissimo appartamento con vista
Pro: La casa è pulita, ben fornita, in una posizione tranquilla. Facile parcheggiare sotto casa e facile raggiungere il centro a piedi. Il terrazzo ha una vista meravigliosa. Internet funziona bene in casa, benino in terrazzo. Ci torneremo!
Contro: Il check out alle 9.30 è troppo presto, siamo in vacanza!

Pro: La vista, la tranquillità e buon posizione per raggiungere bellissime spiagge oltre a quelle di cala Gonone

Pro: The apartman is much better in real life than on the pictures. It is very spacious and there is a nice balcony overlooking the sea. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with all the necessities you might need for self catering, with a huge fridge. There is even a washing machine (great to rinse your towels full of sand or sea water). The bed was so so so much comfortable. The host was very nice, friendly, good recommendations about the neighborhoud and thank you for the gift of bottle of own wine! It was also quiet, with great nature around (we saw wild pigs two or three nights). Price - value was excellent. Everything superclean. It was a bit further off from the beach and the city, but we had a car - I think it is essential if you want to stay here. From the pier you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches of Sardegna.
Contro: There is no air conditioning (which was clearly indicated in the description), during the night one of the sleeping rooms was quite warm (the rest of the apartman was OK, if we opened the balcony door and the entrance door, but we could not cool down the sleeping room).

Klidné místo blízko moře.
Pro: Klidná lokalita, výborná dostupnost mnoha pláží a možnost výletů přímo z apartmánu. Celý objekt je téměř nový a moderně zařízený, nic nám nechybělo. Z terasy je výhled na moře a do zeleně.

Pro: Sehr hübsche Unterkunft. Alles sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Parken war kein Problem. Es gab vom eigenen Balkon eine hervorragende Aussicht runter über die Stadt und zum Meer.
Contro: Der chek-in stellte sich als schwer heraus. Als wir in der angegebenen Zeit von 11-12 Uhr um 11.30 uhr ankamen war keiner Vorort, kein Hinweis oder klingel. Darauf hin mussten wir die hinterlegte Nummer anrufen wo ersteinmal lange besetzt war und keiner ran ging. Als dann jemand dran war verlief die Kommunikation sehr schwer, da die Vermieter leider kein Englisch konnten. Mit Mühe und kurzen warten haben wir dann den Schlüssel bekommen und die Unterkunft gezeigt bekommen. Beim Check-out war leider das selbe. Es hieß um 10 Uhr kommt jemand der den Schlüssel abholt. Nach warten und danach wieder anrufen kam dann jemand. Hätten wir schnell los gemusst um den Flug zubekommen wäre dies schwierig geworden. Auf jedenfall mehr Zeit hier einplanen. Ein automatischer self check-in und out würde der Unterkunft auf jeden Fall helfen und einiges leichter machen. Da ich glaube das es für die Vermieter sehr anstrengend und mühsam ist jeden einzeln und die Wohnung zu lassen.
