Beachhouse Casa del Mare Sardegna

Pro: The house is lovely, well-equipped and surrounded by a gorgeous garden, adjacent to the sea, which my two dogs absolutely loved. There are also two great dog beaches near by. Matta e Peru is a perfect vacation venue, quiet and chill. Budoni is just a short drive away, where there is plenty of nice spots to eat, shop or enjoy the local life. Stefan was an excellent host.

Peaceful relaxation

Pro: The house (part of a semi-detached property) is located in a beautiful pine grove. It is nicely decorated, clean, well equipped and has an exceptionally quiet air conditioning system, in 2 bedrooms as well as in the open plan kitchen . I appreciated that there were some condiments we could use. It's spacious with a terrace, extra seating, and deckchairs + hammock in the garden. Another plus is the garage. There's also an outdoor shower. The beach is only a few steps away. It's quiet and perfect for relaxing. Communication with the owner and the management was uncomplicated, quick and friendly.

Contro: When we were there a thick layer of dried seagrass covered the beach. Though it's a sign of clean water, it doesn't look appealing. A few minutes away, the beach was as one would expect. Anyway, it's nobody's fault, just nature. Waste disposal proved difficult as the rubbish collection service did not always operate according to plan; so the rule not to leave any waste in the house is not workable for guests. You need a car to get to a shop.

Pro: Uns hat die unglaublich schöne Lage gefallen mit der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Meer. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Mückenschutz an allen Fenstern. Tagesausflüge sind gut machbar durch die direkte Anbindung zur Hauptstraße. Im Oktober war es hier sehr schön ruhig (Hauptsaison?). Und zum Schluss natürlich die gute Betreuung vor Ort von Fr. Doddo, was viel ausmacht.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Pro: Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Auch im Haus selber fehlte es an nichts. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pinienwald war in unseren Augen das Highlight. Man kommt durch einen kurzen Weg direkt ans Meer. Schade, das es eine Doppelhaushälfte war. Dennoch war es sehr ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist alles relativ schnell zu erreichen. Auch mit der Klimaanlage waren wir sehr zufrieden. Zudem ein sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter.

Pro: Hochwertig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage, mitten in der Natur. Klimaanlage, Moskitonetze an Fenster und Türen, voll ausgestattete neue Küche. Alles da - von der Küchenmaschine bis zum Milchaufschäumer. Direkter Strandzugang. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter.
