Confortable house close to Budoni center

Pro: The house is very good, clean and comfortable, very close to the center of Budoni and MD supermarket, the nearest beach is located 2 km from the house car use is recommended.

Contro: The beach is little far from the house and you must have a car to go and I didn't like the noise from that constrution beside the house.

Pro: Clean, lots of space and fully equipped. Lovely location and very bright

A lovely week had in Budoni and only 15 minutes drive to a lovely coastal town of San Teodoro

Pro: Everything, plenty room for 4 people( or even 6). Excellent facilities, kitchen, washing machine, fabulous air conditioning, lovely balcony, it even had umbrellas you could bring to the beach. Just a short walk to the Main Street of Budoni.

Contro: You would want to have a car as it isn’t within walking distance of the beach really. Too long a walk in the heat.

Pro: Alle Räume klimatisiert. Gut ausgestattet Küche Alle Räume sauber. Betten sind bequem Allergiker geeignete Wohnung.

Contro: Die Abfall Regelung bei Abreise ist nicht urlauberfreundlich geregelt. Man muss selber dafür sorgen, den Abfall zum Entsorgungshof zu bringen oder 50 € extra bezahlen. Das ist eine Zumutung. Den Müll trennen und in die entsprechenden Behälter nach draußen bringen wäre angemessen. Wir wurden im Vorfeld nicht darauf hingewiesen das Baulärm möglich ist, weil in dem umliegenden Gebiet Neubauten entstehen. Das hätte man zu Beginn des Jahres schon sagen können. Die Außenanlagen sollten mehr gepflegt werden. Die Wiese und somit der Zugang zum Haus waren sehr hoch zugewachsen.

Pro: The apartment was very well equipped and looked exactly like the photos. The house is just a 3-minute walk from the city center, yet it's located in a really quiet area. The free parking lot is also a great benefit. There's a good restaurant just around the corner. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The apartment also had beach umbrellas, toys, and board games available. Barbara gave us great tips, and we really enjoyed our week in Sardinia!

Ein ein kurzer, aber feiner Trip ans Mittelmeer.

Pro: Die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung und das auf Sonderwünschen sofort reagiert wurde.

Contro: Der Preis hat mir nicht gefallen, es ist zwar der übliche Satz für ein Apartment mit solcher Ausstattung aber der übliche Satz ist halt leider viel zu hoch. Ich weiß nicht, auf welche Grundlage gerechnet wird aber es wäre so, als ob man eine möblierte Dreizimmerwohnung für 10.000 € im Monat vermietet.

Pro: Gute Zimmeraufteilung, überdachte Terrasse, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, Spiele für die Kids.

Contro: Ein Bad riecht sehr unangenehm (wohl aus den Leitung), Viecher machen Lärm auf dem Dach (Vögel vermutlich)

Super

Pro: Super ruhig und dennoch gut gelegen. Abends kann man essen oder etwas trinken gehen. Die Autobahn ist super zugänglich wodurch man mit dem Auto super Tagestrips unternehmen kann! Wohnung ist auf Neubau Niveau und sehe gepflegt und sauber!

Contro: Die Mülltrennung nervt etwas (: ich bin natürlich für Umweltschutz, aber wenn sogar meine Mutter die Jahrzehnte hier in Deutschland den Müll ordnungsgemäß trennt und entsorgt, damit Probleme hat stimmt etwas leider nicht. Kritik auf hohem Niveau !
