Pro: Posizione perfetta centro città! struttura pulita e personale DELIZIOSO.

Pro: Struttura nuova, bella ed in posizione ottima. Lo staff molto disponibile e gentile. Altissime potenzialità ancora non sfruttate al 100%.

Contro: Assolutamente necessaria la porta di separazione del piano \

Pro: É stato un piacere soggiornare Al beb Luchia. La struttura é nuova e si trova in una posizione perfetta. Si puó raggiungere tutto ció di cui si ha bisogno a piedi. Un grazie speciale va ad Elena che ci ha accolto con affetto.

Contro: Per noi non é stato un grosso problema ma avremmo preferito una porta che separasse il nostro piano dal resto della casa.

Pro: Struttura nuova, accogliente e pulita. Zona perfetta, vicino al centro e a pochi minuti dal mare.

Pro: Výborné a velké snídaně. Velice příjemná majitelka, která byla starostlivá. Krásně opravené ubytování téměř ve středu městečka, které bylo vždy perfektně uklizené.

Contro: Zajistit připojení na Wi-Fi.

Great place, we will come back next year !

Pro: The place was very well situated in the city center. The staff that greeted us was very kind and provided a lot of helpful information, also showed free parking options nearby (which was a great help!). The place was spacious, very comfortable, with all needed facilities. We really liked it and we are thinking to come next time! Breakfast was good, too.

Contro: We genuinely liked the place, so below comments are rather minor improvements seeking the perfectness and most pleasant holiday time :))) Some minor issues with the front gate (we were recommended not to lock it which solved the issue easily). The staff was super friendly and helpful, but perhaps a bit too talkative without sense of what's acceptable to share (at least as we spoke local language) - e.g., complaining about other guests and their habits, taking quite some of our time to share personal stories, etc. (we felt it is not polite to run away while she is still trying to talk, given that the lady was very kind, but we were also in a hurry). Breakfast was done with care and provided many options, but it was also quite weird as we came before the end time, and we were told the staff lady was waiting for us to wake up since 8 (we were told before it's between 8 and 10 and so we took some of our holiday time to rest, came 9:40 for a quick croissant and coffee). So, it felt quite intrusive with our privacy and morning routine. It would be preferable to either agree on a concrete time a day before, or not comment on our choices.

Schöne, neu eingerichtete Unterkunft in Orosei mit tollen Vermietern und guter Lage

Pro: Die Unterkünfte waren sauber, neu renoviert und hübsch eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermieterinnen war sehr symphatisch und warmherzig, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal für Orosei kennenzulernen und zu den nahegelegenen Stränden zu fahren. (Tipp: Spiaggia Su Petrosu) Man wohnt authentisch in einem Dorf.

Contro: Wir wohnten mit unseren Kindern in der oberen Etage. Dort gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und eine Terrasse. Zu diesem Bereich gibt es allerdings keine feste Abschlusstür, so dass theoretisch die anderen Gästen auch hochkommen könnten, was wir als etwas unangenehm empfanden. Und auf der Terrasse, die zu der Etage dazugehört, fehlt eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit, um seinen Kaffee morgens an der frischen Luft genießen zu können.
