Pro: Accoglienza favolosa e flessibilità da parte del proprietario Sebastiano, molto attento a tutto! Struttura pulitissima e colazione molto generosa. Posizione ottima in centro e a pochi passi dalle principali fermate degli autobus.

Splendida città in un fine settimana memorabile.

Pro: Posizione centrale ma tranquilla. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Pulito e ben tenuto.

Pro: La struttura era molto pulita, con un terrazzo spazioso dove fare aperitivo e colazione. L’host molto molto gentile, ci ha accolte in anticipo senza problemi nonostante avessimo dato un orario di arrivo diverso. È stata molto disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare anche molte cose per la colazione, dagli yogurt e succhi di frutta, al caffè, ai biscotti, al latte… Ci hanno fatto trovare anche bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo.

Contro: Tutto era perfetto.

Pro: Struttura nuova e centralissima. Aria condizionata molto apprezzata.

Safe secure & clean accomodation in the heart of Olbia

Pro: Very clean,safe& secure. Short walking distance to the centre. Very good value for money. The power shower was fab! The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was which is something I always look for. Tamara the owner was so helpful& friendly. Water& juices available in the room on arrival which was very much appreciated. Tea&coffee making facilities available in the room

Contro: The only complaint I have was the breakfast however I knew from the reviews what to expect. Pre packed bread&sweet bread treats available in the room. If you like that for breakfast then you’ll have no complaints. I couldnt eat the cornflakes& Im not fussy about food! I was grateful that there was food available but it was not for me

Pro: The host was nice and helpful, the object was very nice (especially the terrace with its pretty view). I don't think there was anything serious to complain about.

Pro: Very nice appartment with everything you might need during your stay. You have your own bathroom, small kitchen, fridge. Downtown of Olbia is within easy walking distance, there is a plenty of places to eat/shop, so the location is great. Communication with the owner was easy and he was very kind and friendly, so everything went really smooth and ok. Breakfast is composed of many different sweet snacks and toast-bread with variation of jams/nutellas. Free coffee, tea, juices, water available, so this was more then enough :) The neighbourhoood is calm, safe, yet close to city center. We totally recommend to stay :)

Contro: This is not a complain, but if you arrive by car, be ready that you have to find a parking place in streets nearby, which may take a bit of a time, especially working days in the afternoon (we parked like 300 m from the room). But everything else was perfect :)
