Pro: proprietaria molto gentile, e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi info. Casa perfetta da tutti gli aspetti, Location top, zona tranquilla, casa stupenda, consigliatissima, appena ritorno in Sardegna a san teodoro senza dubbio la contatteró.

Pro: Casa molto bella e curata, ottima posizione...panorama sulla Tavolara.

Contro: Nulla

Pro: Posizionato fuori dal traffico e rumori della vivace cittadina di San Teodoro. Posizione tranquilla ma a 15 minuti dalla Cinta. Mi è piaciuto tanto il terrazzo e la cura dei dettagli.

Contro: La vista su una casa diroccata di fronte alla casa. Se una persona non ha la macchina rimane scomodo

Pro: Struttura completamente nuova e moderna, possibilità di utilizzo privato di lavatrice, lavastoviglie e barbecue. Proprietaria di casa gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi domanda. Posizione comoda vicino al supermercato e distante da San Teodoro 4 km facilmente raggiungibili in automobile.

Pro: Good location, private, quiet, close to San Teodoro center, La Cinta beach, grocery shopping close by. There were not enough blankets the first night but the owner promptly helps with extra blankets. The \

Contro: I've rented the place for the twin beds, but because I didn't specify this in the request for the property, when we arrived there we found the bunk beds (not side by side ones) and only one equipped with sheets, blanket, etc. so if you need the twin beds side by side and not in a bunk formation, make aure you specify this before you arrive at the property. However the owner sent the sheets the same evening and the blanket the following day, and some extra blankets as well. If you stay longer you'll probably need to buy extra toilet paper, shower gel, etc. one thing I still can't get used to (we are in the 2nd location now on the island, but this it seems to be everywhere) is the bed smell coming from the P trap, in the bathroom, probably a bed design for the water evacuation. We had to sort our garbage and leave it for the city to pick it up in certain days, following a schedule, but we couldn't find the containers that were supposed to be outside, so the last day, before leaving we were told we could leave the garbage at Euro Spin, but when we got there there were no containers for garbage , only some small receptacles, but they were good enough to hold our small bags also. All together we had a great stay and wonderful time, the small center at San Teodoro is close, very cute and with lots of small restaurants, pizzerias, etc. I forgot to mention that you'll need a car to get around. This is a great place to see NE of Sardinia, so don't hesitate to rent this place, you'll have a wonderful time here😊😊😊

Pro: Está súper nuevo y bien equipado.. Olía fenomenal, todo bastante limpio.. La cama cómoda, a tan sólo 4 kms de San Teodoro.. Aparcas justo al lado, en la calle pero al lado.. Estuvimos muy agusto en la estancia..

Contro: La relación con el dueño quizás un poco fría, no nos recibió en persona y aún estoy esperando que me aconseje de restaurantes..
