Le Canne - Appartamento "Sole"

Pro: Bel terrazzo, due bagni, ottima posizione vicina al centro e alla spiaggia e proprietari molto gentili e disponibili

Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane a giugno. Appartamento bellissimo, posizione perfetta a pochi minuti a piedi dalla splendida spiaggia della Cinta e dal centro. L'appartamento con 2 camere da letto spaziose e 2 bagni è dotato di tutto il necessario. Ha una terrazza molto grande e soprattutto fresca. La Signora Paola è gentilissima e molto disponibile. Grazie, abbiamo passato delle splendide vacanze, torneremo sicuramente.

Pro: Tutto , dalla posizione all’accoglienza , pulizia , luminosità , ecc.. due bagni top! Vicinissima al centro e spiaggia la cinta, ne vale davvero la pena per non avere scomodità inutili di parcheggio ! Top

Contro: Niente da dire

Pro: Appartamento pulito, la cucina era dotata di tutto il necessario. 5 minuti dalla spiaggia La Cinta e a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, quindi tutto comodo. Piccolo market proprio di fronte casa.

Pro: Tutto! Posizione e casa sono perfette! Le proprietari sono gentilissimi.

Lovely clean and spacious appartment near La Cinta beach

Pro: Paola is a wonderful host. She is very friendly and helpful. The appartment is actually a lot more spacious than what it looks like on the photos and very clean. The location is perfect to reach La Cinta beach and the centre of San Teodoro. We had a lovely stay with our 3 year old little boy. Thank you very much!

Contro: The bin collection system is slightly confusing for foreigners (especially for short stays), but Paola was extremely understanding and helpful. Thank you again!

The flat did everything we needed it to and the owners were very helpful, so we'd stay again.

Pro: Location was great for the beach, with an excellent restaurant and a small shop right next door. The landlord's mother (who manages the flat in person since the landlord lives in a different city) was lovely, kind and helpful. Flat was spacious with a nice terrace/balcony. Parking right outside was great. Landlord was helpful and very polite whenever messaged (Whatsapp) and had a perfectly good level of English to communicate with non-Italian speakers.

Contro: Since the flat is on a main road going between the beach and the town centre, it was a little noisy late at night on a Saturday as revellers travelled past. Other nights of the week were generally fine though. Mattress was a little too solid for my liking, but my wife liked it, so it's just personal preference - Definitely better than having a thin flimsy mattress! Note that the landlord's lovely mother who will hand over the keys and show you around the flat, does not speak much English. So if you don't speak Italian, just be prepared to use Google Translate or whatever (We're told that this is what she does when showing non Italian speakers around).
