Pro: Tutto, un bellissimo appartamento in un'ottima posizione, con dei padroni di casa ospitali e discreti.

Contro: Niente.

Pro: Location perfetta ! Comoda, spaziosa, pulita e vicino al centro. Francesco una persona gentilissima e sempre disponibile.

Beautiful apartment with very welcoming and kind hosts

Pro: Hosts were so welcoming and were always available if we needed something - the apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped, air conditioned, and the location was fantastic, near lots of great beaches and walking distance to San Teodoro. We travelled with two small kids and the hosts couldn’t have been nicer to us and them.

Contro: Beds and sofa could have been a bit more comfortable… but the other positive things more than made up for this.

Pro: The apartment was spotless, welcoming and in a fantastic location , close to town and a big supermarket. Well stocked with plates, glasses etc. a fabulous place to stay for 10 nights. Francesco was incredibly helpful, and available for any questions… met us at the property showed us around and was close by for anything we needed. Overall a fabulous stay.

Pro: Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Pro: Ubytování v klidné lokalitě blízko centra, v blízkosti obchodů, restaurací, přátelští hostitelé, bezproblémové parkování, účinná a tichá klimatizace v každém pokoji, příjemná terasa se zelení. Celkově je toto ubytování na velmi dobré úrovni.

Contro: Ocenil bych tvrdší postel nebo alespoň rozdělenou matraci. Pro někoho také může být překvapením, že ložnice nemají výhled ven, je v nich tedy poměrně šero. Za zmínku ještě stojí trochu hlučná kanalizace z apartmánu o patro výše.

Pro: Super Lage! Strand 5 min. mit Auto. Zentrum 10 min. zu Fuss. Kaffe/ einkaufen praktisch vor der Tür. Sehr sauber. Klimaanlage. Schöne Aussicht, gepflegter Garten , genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Sehr nette und flexible Eigentümer! Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Contro: Kleinigkeit: nur eine Rolle Klopapier, kein Putzmittel, kein Küchentuch, usw. Matratze halt italienisch… Küche zum kochen sehr klein. Zum frühstücken passt.

Rekommenderar verkligen

Pro: Allt var bättre än förväntat och Francesco var en utmärkt värd! 10/10!

Pro: Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten als Paar in dem für 4 Personen ausgelegten Appartement reichlich Platz. Sehr schön fanden wir die große Terrasse. Der Kühlschrank hat ein Gefrierfach, das ist leider in der Beschreibung nicht zu lesen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nur ein paar hundert Meter sind zu einem kleinen Bäcker und einem Discounter. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht. Ganz besonders toll fanden wir, da wir bei der Anreise sowie auch bei der Abreise die Nachtfähre genommen hatten, dass wir die Wohnung gleich nach der Ankunft am Vormittag beziehen und am Abreisetag auch bis nachmittags drin bleiben konnten. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
