Casa Vacanza la Suaredda

Struttura molto buona, la consiglio.

Pro: Struttura adatta ad una famiglia di 3 persone, casa trovata pulita, accessori cucina completi, posto tranquillo, host molto disponibile

Contro: Se proprio devo trovarci qualcosa di negativo….la televisione perdeva spesso il segnale

Pro: La struttura in ottima posizione, pulita e dotata di tutto quello che serve. Torneremo di sicuro.

Pro: Nice flat, quiet area, close to shops (Spar is just. 200m) , gas station, pizza restaurant. The flat, was on the upper floor with a terrace. The bathroom is spacious, clean, and smells good (it has a big window by the way). Bedroom regular size, comfortable. The living room with open space kitchen has a tv, double sink, stove, coffee machine (lavazza capsules model), refrigerator(large). There is a washing machine for clothes, a little bit rusty, but possibly works well (didn't try). You have a clothes dryer (strings) outside and inside. There were two beach umbrellas to pick from, which was really nice )maybe other guests left them there to be used - Thank you! We also left there our two beach mats. Wi-Fi is very good, no issues. Private parking space 50 m away. All good. And the best part is the dog Leone, master of the house :)

Contro: A dish soap would have been nice (the one we bought, we left it there for future guests), the rest all good.

Excellent and want to stay again

Pro: Good location short driving distance to many beautiful beach, dedicated parking space, close to supermarket and restaurant, air conditioner in all rooms working well, good washing machine, very nice terrace and hospitality of the owner Nicola

Contro: Wifi a bit unstable but can work

Pro: Sehr hilfreiche Besitzer. Klären alles im kurzen Wege.. Haben sogar ein größeres appartement bekommen ohne Aufpreis.. 18 uhr check out auch Kein Problem gewesen... Bäckerei in der nähe ..

Contro: Alles gut gewesen..

Pro: La casa es espaciosa... Y aunque es para 5 personas, dormir varios días en el sofá no es agradable, pero para 4 personas es excelente. Tiene asador o barbacoa que permite cocinar para todos. Cuenta con todos los utensilios de cocina así que es muy práctico cocinarse, además de la cocina y un horno. Recomendado al 100%

Pro: Все было супер! Хозяин очень приветливый и внимательный. Море рядом просто волшебное. Шикарный пляж с белым песком и небесно-голубой водой. Рядом магазины, дискотеки, бары. Есть все для незабываемого отдыха.

We liked to stay in this house

Pro: Very comfortable house, clean, with all the necessary staff for cooking. We really liked staying there, the neighbors were very kind to us. The house was also close to a backer, supermarket, the beaches and also the city center of San Teodoro.

Contro: The shower was very small but everything was working. I mean everybody could take a shower there but it would be more comfortable a bigger shower

Pro: Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft, dazu von der Preisleistung nur zum empfehlen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, man ist nah am Zentrum von San Teodoro und mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch am wunderschönen Strand La Cinta. Wir werden wieder kommen! Der Eigentümer ist auch ein sehr unkomplizierter und netter Mensch, unser Urlaub lief reibungslos ab. Volle Sterne Bewertung von mir!

Lokalizacja, komfort, cisza i spokój

Pro: -bardzo ładny i czysty apartament na dłuższy pobyt -kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy - apartament w cichej okolicy -sklep w odległości 5 min spacerem -centrum San Teodoro 20 minut pieszo / 5 minut autem - plaża La Cinta 15 minut pieszo / 4 minuty autem Rezerwacja sprawna, stosunek ceny do jakości idealny.
